It’s a bummer that place is poorly ran, because it has the potential of being a good pizza place. I have now been here 4 different times, all for their lunch buffet. Out of 4 visits, only 1 was a good experience, with the last one being the worst. Cashiers are extremely slow in ringing up customers coming in for the buffet, which can be understandable depending on the situation. However, my last experience here, they ran out of pizza continuously. There would be 10 to 12 people standing in line by where the pizza is suppose to be, just waiting. Was there for an hour and was lucky enough to have 4 slices(tiny, mind you). Never again!!! I would highly encourage people to stay clear from this place!!!

The federal way location used to be our fave but service has really gone down. I’m always worried our order will be wrong because they always seem rushed. Whatever happened to customer service? Where’s Larry?

This is my favorite pizza buffet. It has an impressive salad bar and several choices of pizza. It is also a very good deal. The restaurant is also new and very clean. I think it would be hard to find a better place to go.

The food is good, but the Russian management is missing the point. They rent an entire room to a party if 12, leaving about 30 empty seats in the room, while the other 50 diners cram into the entry room. I do like the pizza, but common sense has gone by the way of a couple dollars for room rental. Sad, I think it will be my last trip to RT

I did a walk in order to go and waited for an hour and a half. It was not busy nor was there a large amount of people doing pick ups. It’s obvious that this place is very understaffed and customer service is not a priority. After asking three times about my order they realized they never even made it. The manager finally gave me a refund aftet I started to get angry, but I will not be returning.

Best breadsticks I’ve ever had. And as far as east coast pizza it’s the best I’ve had so far. If you like any of the typical chain pizza places then you’ll like this better. Their ingredients are fresher and piled high. Price is maybe a few dollars more than the average chain pizza place, but it’s much better pizza. Be sure to try there bread twists; twisted breadsticks with garlic and melted cheese in the middle, soft too! Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely the worst pizza buffet I’ve ever been to. A real shame for Round Table Pizza! They had no more than two or three pizzas at a time and when they were gone they’d make new ones which meant a good 15 – 20 min wait. I requested their signature Wombo Combo but was told the manager Ryan said it had too many toppings so they refused to make it. A pizza buffet that refuses to make their own signature pizzas! Take the extra time to drive to Burien or Tacoma where the staff is friendly and polite and you won’t waste your lunch break waiting for the next two topping pizza!

Lunch Buffet is SUCH A good deal. We do «Both” – Salad and Pizza and it’s about $ 18 – 19 for two. You can’t beat that! The salad bar has been stocked and fresh each time that I have been, and does not disappoint. I’m addicted to their ranch! Same goes for the pizza, always stocked, always fresh. There have been times that there was an interesting new pizza combo too that I wouldn’t have tried had it not been on the buffet. Customer service is good for what it needs to be… it’s a buffet – what could you possibly expect other than friendly employees that make sure everything stays stocked and clean? This is one of my favorite spots for a cheap and delicious lunch!

This place always manages to mess up my order. I ordered a gourmet veg with no onions and a gourmet veg with no artichoke hearts showed up at my house. Breadsticks are always under cooked. Don’t waste your money.

Good food and service. Even saw one young lady carry a pizza out for someone with her hands full with a toddler.

Good: pizza and salad bar Bad: customer service is nonexistent. 1) We came in at 2:05 for the lunch buffet. They said we couldn’t have it because it ended at 2pm. The buffet was still fully stocked. 2) When we were denied buffet they offered a special. 2 topping medium, 2 salads, 2 drinks. My wife wanted a chicken garlic pizza so I asked if we could substitute and adjust the price for the premium pizza. No. So no buffet $ 15, no special $ 18, an unsatisfied customer $ 28. I sure hope the additional $ 10 helps your business as you’ve failed to find a repeat customer with me. Stars — start with 5. Minus 1 for no buffet, minus 1 for no special, minus 1 for no customer service.

Just took my kids to their lunch buffet! Wow!!! Amazing service Plenty of food The food was awesome And a cute arcade for the kids. Took six kids there and myself for under $ 40! Didn’t know if they could keep up with providing food(I had 5 hungry boys and a little girl) but I never seen the buffet short of food! We will return! Thanks Round Table :)

Today I ordered a delivery to be delivered at noon, I know that they are usually busy at noon. Usually though they are not later then a few minutes. Today they were 15 minutes late, I called the restaurant to make sure that it even left the place. They said it had and that the driver was doing another delivery before mine? I mean i scheduled this delivery ? When the driver showed up, I stated it was a scheduled delivery that was for noon and at the time he was late. He kept saying«there are circumstances» I know there are but at the very least there should of been a phone call. I even gave this guy a tip(not as much as I usually do). I stated again when something is scheduled they should of at least tried to contact if more then 10 minutes late. I went to close the door. I heard from the driver(who probably thought i had the door closed and could not hear) «SHUTYOURMOUTH!» I immediately opened the door and asked«What did you say?» He said he did not say anything and stomped off. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager. They said the driver will be talked too. I also said I will not be ordering from their restaurant again. I have been a customer of this Round Table for years(they can even see that in their system). When it was at it’s old location and the Walmart location. All it takes is one negative time to loose a customer and they did that today.

LOVE their breadsticks! They’re twisted with cheese and garlic — SOOOO yummy! I’m not a huge pizza person but I do occasionally eat pizza from round table, I love how generous they are with their toppings.

Great service and very clean! We came during a non-typical lunch hour(3PM … Where had our day gone??) for lunch. The staff was polite, and even the GM jumped in to take our order and make a recommendations. We were one of the few people in the restaurant, which you would think that’s when service could be slacking. Not the case here. Pizza and salads were delicious and fresh! Mmmmm!!! We will be back!

It’s been a while since I’ve sat in a pizza place and enjoyed a pizza. After eating here I realized why I don’t do it anymore. Three of us, one large specialty pizza and two salad bar trips cost $ 50. The pizza itself was mediocre — perhaps my taste buds have came to enjoy the take home and bake kind of pizza or other brands of pizza. RTP was a simple thin crust — nothing to ooo or ahhh about with each bite. The cheese wasn’t very cheesy, the toppings were just mehh. Didn’t taste bad but far from fresh just lackluster in flavor. Between the lack of pizzazz of their pizza and the insane price of $ 50 to feed three people — I don’t think i’ll be coming back any time soon.

Tried the salad buffet not a bad deal but the selections are limited. 1st go around no line and then the crowd showed up. The items were hust strung about, of course not the Pizza joint fault but come on people utensils are provide to pick up tomatoes and what ever else you like. Staff is friendly and attentive to keep the place clean. Additional garbage cans within sight might make patrons buss their table. I saw that some outdoor seating is available which makes it nice especially with the rare sunshine so enjoy.

Little disappointed about this location. It’s definitely one of the older Round Table Pizza restaurants. Not that I know, but if this is one of the newer locations, they really did a crappy rehab job. Everything from the décor, utensils, and even the furniture, you can tell it’s probably in need of replacement. If you need to have your pizza fix, this is probaby it in terms of sit down restaurants. I will not be returning to this location.

The best part? The end of the meal. No just kidding… kinda. Well, the«cheesy?» bread stick twists were good. A bit on the salty side thats for sure, but they were good. The chicken wings were alright. Very juicy, not fried and cooked to a crisp like some other places, but the flavor itself wasn’t mindblowingly delicious. The pizza was most distressing. There was a fleeting dash of cheese that held together roughly chopped ingredients. I suppose I was expecting a little more wow on the flavor, but I was not so lucky. The peppers tasted like the onions, which tasted like the sauce, which tasted like the pepperoni… It all had one generalized taste. I was hoping I could salvage it by just enjoying the crusts that my husband so lovingly saves for me but the toppings were to the edge. No crust for Little Foot.

I go here for the lunch buffet which is outstanding. The the square deep dish pizza and miniature pepperonis are the highlights. You are not going to find pizza better than Round Table in the Puget Sound area as it is not a good place for pizza and all the mom and pops I was told were so great were not good.. This Round Table in Federal Way is far better than the one in Auburn The only thing I do not care for are some of the customers who act like they are annoyed that someone is in their way at the buffet and too many sports shows on the tvs. These pushy people should brown bag their lunches. This buffet is only 5 days a week but it should be 7 days a week and they need a dinner buffet too.
