Good food. Love the chocolate turnover. The chicken isn’t processed and that is very rare with fast food spots. I wouldn’t even call this a fast food place because it takes them awhile to make your food. Look out for their coupons in the mail in order to get good deals. My husband bought the fish sandwich last night and loved it! He’s hard to please lol

W use to come to Arby’s a lot but over the years the service and quality of food has been a factor and so we only come on occasions. Tonight was typical. They have a big promotion for their bottled drinks — with black cherry in the ad — however they were out. The person on the register was OK but not over friendly. The original Arby hamburger with tomatoes and lettuce is not even on the menu — you have to order it special. Also they have a promotion where each $ 1.00 donation can fee 10 American kids. How can you possibly provide a meal for anyone in America for 10 cents. Sounds like a gimmick. Another ad says«Don’t worry, Vegetarians, we also have Turkey and Chicken. I am confused. Overall it hasn’t changed over the years as far a quality of food(not necessary a compliment) but we know what it taste like and are OK with it.

I go through my Arby’s faze during the winter months. Currently i am digging this Italian sandwich. It’s so good. That Orange cream shake isn’t so shabby either. I used to dig the roast beef with horsey and bbq sauce. I am alone are they using less meet than before. Its so thin.

Great fast food option! Friendly staff, clean, and fast. Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce with a pile of roast beef = Yum!

When I was a kid, I lived in the middle of nowhere desert land. Going 50 miles with my step-mom to the nearest city to go shopping sometimes meant going to Arby’s. It’s going to sound really sad, but getting a roast beef sandwich from Arby’s has nostalgia attached to it because it’s from my childhood and one of the only times I ever ate a protein different than chicken or ground beef. My step-mom couldn’t cook and had a very small palate. I was feeling like a roast beef sandwich which happens every 5 years or so, and I went through the drive thru at this Arby’s. I got a Beef ‘N Cheddar, curly fries and a root beer. No one was in front of me at the drive thru, but it took a minute for someone to take my order and about 4 minutes to get my food. The«cheese» tastes nothing like cheese nor did it taste like what I remembered. It was clear the oil needed to be changed in the fryer as the fries had that old oil taste. The root beer was flat, as the syrup was almost out. I think I’m done trying to relive a childhood memory. Food: 1 Service: 2 Ambiance: NA Parking: 3

While this place isn’t the«best» around it’s certainly not a one star. The food is on par with what you would expect or want from an Arby’s. Hot roast beef sandwiches, lots of food that’s not good for you and some that is! The last visit here, I do have to point out that the employee that was tasked with mopping the lobby needs to some training and proper equipment. Not only was she using a terrible mop to «clean» the floors, but she needs sanitation/hygiene 101. After proceeding to push water around on the floor, yes puddles of it, she proceeded to pause mopping and go back to the kitchen and prepare an order that came in from the drive through. Fortunately we had just picked up our food. You may ask what the problem is, but you will notice, no where in my account of the events did I mention that she washed her hands. While I am not a germaphobe and don’t always wash my hands, when you are in a position such as she was; Wash Your Hands!

This is the newer of the 2 Arby’s in Federal Way. Staff was friendly and it was 11am with not another customer insight(inside or in the drive thru). So I thought I would get fresh food — I can wait 4 minutes if need be. I got ICECOLD fries and a COLD burnt(charred) fish sandwich and my jamoca shake was watery. I’ll NEVER return to this location…
