First, I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Horrible customer service, HORRIBLE food, closed an hour early and gave us hard disgusting food! When I tried to reach a manager they hung up in my face. A rude lady of Spanish decent. Many employees there need to be retrained or fired!

the restaurant was filthy, and the restroom just as bad. the food was old and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. horribly disappointed. never got hushpuppies, and had to ask why not instead of being told upfront. will not return ever!

I recently moved and dealing with that fun adventure, I ran over to buy some chicken. All of my dishes were rotating through the dishwasher after being covered in paper, stacked in boxes. I got a meal so I could eat some leftovers for a while while unpacking. They had the meal at the window for me right after I paid, two seconds flat. The cashier was friendly. The chicken is the typical greasy, fried, unhealthy, clog your heart till you’re dead chicken along with the instant, styrofoam potatoes, but they did the job. I came back later in the week to get some fish since this is a Long John Silvers. The cashier was different this time, still friendly but not as fast. I was asked to go park in the parking lot and wait 5 minutes for my order of fish and fries. After 13 minutes, someone else walked my order out to me. Holy cow. Glad it was fresh, but that is how long it takes for a piece of salmon in a seafood restaurant. No one was in front of me in the drive thru and no one came behind me, either in the drive thru or walked in, the entire time I was there. The hush puppies and fish were the same ol’ fried, greasiness but good. The fries were meh, and I didn’t eat more than a couple. There’s a decent sized private parking lot here that was barren both times I came by. Food: 3 Service: 2 Parking: 4 Ambiance: NA

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Let me just say they have the WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! The sign said they opened at 10:30am. When I tried to open the door, it was still locked and it was already 10:35. I saw there were employees inside and one of them saw me waving my hand for them to opened the door but they just WALKEDAWAYANDIGNOREDME!!! So rude. Don’t come here.

Soggy corn. Burnt hush puppies. Bad water. Service marginal. Chicken down to 3 specials. Fish ok We have tried to like this place ever since it opened but they do not improve. Started with an uncaring order taker and went downhill. The hush puppies were hard and way over cooked — would break glass if you tried to cut them and they got away. The corn on the cob(this should be peak season for fresh corn) — had to be at the best last years frozen — soggy and not tasty. Crisp chicken was not crispy at all and in order to save cost I am guessing they now only use 3 special herbs and seasonings. The fish at the best was OK — nothing special. Even the water out of the machine had a funny taste and we had to go and ask for water from the service area. Way too many other places to get food to come back.

I grew up loving LJS. I currently live in central Oregon and the nearest LJS is a 3 – 4 hr drive, so it’s been ages since I got to go to one. Took a vacation to Seattle and was determined to eat at a LJS on the way back. Found this one but all the 1-star reviews worried me. Still wanted to go, no matter. Honestly, I don’t get what they were complaining about. It’s probably the cleanest KFC I’ve seen in ages, and the wait on the food wasn’t long at all. It’s one of those combo KFC-LJS places, so my kids got to have cobbets and that thrilled them. Food was just what I remember from a LJS, so I was very satisfied. Service was great, timely, place was clean. It’s fast food, and totally average for any fast food place. Glad I got to stop here.

I should have read the reviews before going here. Washed my hands and no paper towels. Ordered our food, and waited 10 minutes to get it. My wife got both fish and chicken and when we got the food I had to ask if she was given chicken, looks like fish, had to wait to even ask the question. Condiment island dirty, and very few condiments, Ketchup container was sticky and dirty took 5 minutes to get more. A black woman was standing staring at the wall laughing talking on her headset for 25 minutes straight and completely ignoring me trying to get her attention. Half of the tables need to be cleaned, The food was terrible!!! Chicken tasted like fish, fish was swimming in grease. Everything tasted like old use grease. Stay away — don’t waste your money.

Terrible, just terrible. There aren’t any other real words for it. About twice a year I get a huge craving for some hush puppies or some chicken. This location provides the answer to both. Every time I have been here it has been about an hour before closing. Invariably, they are out of chicken. At a KFC. Nice. Not only that, but once I piece together an order out of what they do have, it takes a long time to get it. Like 20 – 30 minutes. The employees are rude. They shout at each other. They talk about personal and intimate things. The store is sticky and messy. There isn’t any malt vinegar in any of the bottles on the tables. You get the idea. Just a terrible location. Avoid at all costs, and find somewhere else. I know I will from now on.

What a terrible experience… Overcharged, couldnt refund my debit card(gave me cash) so I had to go inside, the lobby was dirty with wrappers and food on the floor, there wasnt any iced tea available… Once we finally got our order, the food didnt taste fresh and then we didnt get a spoon/fork for the Mac N Cheese. The staff was curtious and even friendly towards the customers, but I could hear them arguing in the back and one even yelled at her manager because they didnt have something ready. I also watched as another customer had to come back because she didnt get part of her order. This is definitely a management issue. They were nice, but way too slow and things arent getting done effeciently.

Friendly staff, but service was waaayyy toooo SLOW!!! I ordered a meal and the girl forgot to give me a cup for my drink. While waiting for my food to arrive, I checked out their kitchen. Floor doesn’t appear to be clean from what I could see.

Okay the food is good, the service is the WORST. Slow, employees try hard not to see you needing anything. Counter was out of basic thing like napkins, drive through cars filled the parking lot waiting for their food. I thought the first time was a fluke I don’t think they deserve any more chances.
