The Edina team was amazing. I had two vacuums that needed cleaning and ended upgrading to a better newer upright because of their good trade in offers. They were so helpful showing me how to clean them and keep them clean and efficient.

They were great! I brought in my vacuum, but couldn’t carry it. He immediately noticed that I had the part but not the vacuum and offered to take it out of my car for me. They fixed it while I waited (about 25 min). They offered me water, and they were kind and friendly to my baby and me while we waited. My vacuum now works perfectly! What I thought was going to be a disaster (waiting forever with a 9 month old, expensive, hard to carry…) turned out to be so easy and free! I would highly recommend this service center.
