We came to WS to purchase a suite of appliances for our new kitchen. It wasn’t hard to find someone to talk me through the appliances and take the order, but the process after making the order left me pretty disappointed. Maybe it was wrong or naïve to think that spending a small fortune on my Thermador kitchen suite would entitle me to some VIP treatment, but I feel like I could have had a better experience buying something at Home Depot. Perhaps being in Edina has conditioned them to take people spending several thousands of dollars for granted, but it was a big deal for me and I expected an experience aligned with how much money I was spending. First, there were no updates along the way about the estimated delivery date. I emailed 30 days after the estimated delivery date to check on it and she told me they were in. For all I know, they had been sitting in their warehouse for a month with no one telling me. We set up the delivery on a specific date(and the date was important to coordinate with other work in the kitchen) and I got a call a day before it was supposed to be delivered saying the truck was on the way to my house. After some panicking, we were able to move it to the day I had clearly specified in my communications with them. The other piece that motivated me to write this review is that there has been no follow-up after the delivery. Nothing about how am I liking the appliances, any issues, interest in any accessories, etc. I actually really do want to purchase some additional accessories for my stove but the thought of dealing with them again makes me reluctant.

Truly GREAT all-round service. Even though my appliance is 8+ years old, the 4 times I’ve needed a replacement charcoal filter(usually a special order given the appliance) ALL the staff have been helpful, and very willing to ‘research all their suppliers’ I usually get an answer on availability within 2 business days !

Worst service ever. Too many other places to buy appliances to put up with this. Oh, and high prices, too — what a combo! Done with this place for good.

Buying from them is not a problem. Getting service is terrible. I have the extended warranty, and the appliance I bought stopped functioning correctly. Call 1: owner(Jim Warner) left a message suggesting that I had started doing something wrong. Call 2: service department suggested home remedy, which didn’t work. Call 3: sent man out, spent five minutes, misdiagnosed problem. Call 4: not returned, but apparently they ordered a part(what part? No clue, service desk didn’t know). Call 5: A handyman found the real problem. I called them, service desk suggested ordering another part(what?). Someone is supposed to call me back. I hate this patronizing, «oh you’re just a girl» attitude from Warners’ Stellian. Hate them, hate them, hate them. And my appliance still doesn’t work.
