Len Druskin

I used to LOVE Len Druskin. Lately, I just like it.
At one time, Len was my go-​to place for jeans. In the last 1 – 2 years I haven’t been a big fan of their selection. They always have amazing swim suits, though. Trina Turk is a staple here that I hope they continue to carry for years to come. I’ve also found a couple affordable dresses here in the past couple of months. Lots of basics (like Splendid) here as well.
Customer service has gotten better throughout the years. A few years ago I felt like I needed to wear my most expensive outfit to get someone to notice me & get me a dressing room. I don’t feel that way today. There is a guy who’s there quite often who goes out of his way to say hello & help me — regardless if I have items in my arms or not — and even gives me a bottle of water. I really need to figure out his name so I can give him the shout out he deserves!
If you are in the area, check out Len Druskin. Their price points have become more affordable in the last couple of years.

I went back in to Len Druskin this weekend, and had a different experience than the one I wrote about in my other review — so I feel like that merits an update.
This time around, the service was better — although still not great. I felt a little more welcomed, but the staff still didn’t seem that invested in the customers (I overheard another woman complaining to her boyfriend about how no one had helped her yet while we were browsing through adjacent racks). The clothing selection was a little less great this time around — nothing really had a «wow» factor, even though they still carried a lot of my favorite lines.
Generally, there was some improvement, but I’m still not enamored with this place. Not worth the trek out there, in my opinion.
