I have had three pieces framed there and the last one was a disaster. Firstly they have rude people working there who do not get Customer Service. I asked them to fix the last piece that they had framed since it was crooked and they said the workshop could not do it. I suspect they did not WANT to do it. I have spent a lot of money there but now am going elsewhere to have my items framed as I do not need their aggravation. They made me feel like they did not need my business. You are much better off elsewhere for your precious framing.
