This Pizza Hut blows just like all the rest

It’s Pizza Hut… Already mediocre pizza. Find it ridiculous to order food and almost 20 minutes later get a phone call that they aren’t delivering anymore for the night and they’ve shut everything down… It took 20 minutes to figure that out? If that’s the case, then hours shouldn’t be until 11pm they should be until 10:30. I used to work in food and trust me it killed me when someone would order food right before we closed, but we made it or we heard about it the next day from management. Hopefully I get refunded!

I ordered 3 items from my online app. Drive arrives 45 minutes after I placed the order. 1 out of 3 items was delivered. Due to rainy weather I had already given the driver a $ 5 tip for making him come out in the rain (even though this is the job he chooses to have). When I tell him there are 2 items missing, he says, no grunts, «What do you want me to do about it?» I asked him what my options are and he says he can give me cash back. He hands me $ 6. My order with tip was 5 times that!!! I then attempted to call the store, but each time was directed to an offsite customer service line. I’m still waiting on a call back…

Yesterday late night we had a pizza from this place from new menu with buffalo sauce on top and I bet that was the best spicy pizza I ever had in my life… two slices of this made our hunger satisfied and spiciness was lasting for an hour on our mouths… great work Pizza Hut

I wish I could give zero stars for horrible and uncalled for rude behavior from one driver.
I noticed the driver left his keys in the car. I asked if the car belonged to anyone in Great Clips. Nope. Then I show the picture of the car to a barista at Caribou to see if it belonged to anyone in there. The kid asks, «What kind of car?» Um, from the picture, I would say it’s a Ford. It doesn’t belong to anyone there.
Then I go to Pizza Hut and to see if it belongs to a driver. The manager says, «Yeah, it’s that driver’s car. Why?» (I already told you he left the keys in the car, but okay, I’ll tell you again). I tell the driver, «You left your keys in the car.» He says to me, «Yeah, so?» I told him I was concerned it would get stolen. He grunts, «Mind your own business.»
Am I the crazy one here? After seeing the driver and the inside of his car, I’m glad I never order from Pizza Hut. But it made me feel better to call him a colorful name. And thanks to this ‘wonderful’ attitude, I’d rather gnaw off my foot than to order anything from Pizza Hut. Thankfully, there are more and better options out there. I don’t have to spend my money where you get treated like the inside of this guy’s car.

I order from this Pizza Hut every so often; I love that they always remember my name, how I like my order, and rarely do the mess anything up (when they do though, they are always sure to fix it and give you the incorrect pizza free).
Tonight the gentleman was kind, courteous, and loved to chat (always a plus). They were a tad busy tonight, so the guy even threw in a free cookie (I don’t eat sweets, but it was super nice of him).
I will definitely be back to this Pizza Hut, they are always consistent and happy!

i have ordered about four times from this location, and literally every time they either forgot to deliver ¹⁄₃ of my order or they didn’t make correct pizza. i will probably never order again, unless i am desperate.
there was even a time that i ordered online and the waite park, mn pizza hut called me and said they couldn’t deliver to me… i was like, gee, really, you’re only two and a half hours away… obviously an online glitch, but seriously? WTF!
