Be very cautious about a bed purchase here. We had a bed delivered and the delivery men arrived in an unmarked rental truck. The set up was extremely unpleasant. While assembling the base to the bed there was so much pounding that a crack appeared in the ceiling below! The bed is extremely noisey… lots of loud creaking and cracking (of the base We think). We phoned and tried to reach our salesperson who would never return our calls. We kept phoning and eventually were called back by a manager. Less than a few weeks after purchase, having experienced the ongoing noisiness, the manager indicated they were ‘done’ with us. If we wanted help with the extreme noise they would charge us $ 300 to send someone out to identify the problem. After spending $ 1,500 on a bed that wa really disappointing. still really noisey and creaky and we’d never buy another anything from them!
