After a long day of driving, my family and I stopped here for the night. The rooms are spacious, we’ll appointed and clean! We were able to get a great night’s sleep! Breakfast was included and it was actually delicious! Biscuits with homemade gravy, a pancake station and a variety of other breakfast items were available. Everything was beautifully laid out and the dining area was immaculate. Staff members were warm and friendly and very attentive throughout our stay! A great place to stop with family! Conveniently located adjacent to the Edinburgh outlets, for those who enjoy shopping!

This is a good hotel. Its the most recent addition to the hotels in edinburgh. I have stayed here several times now. The service at the front desk is top notch. The rooms are nice as well as the common areas.
One down fall, if I could have gave 3.5 stars I would have, the breakfast bar is lousy. In fact lousy is being nice but overall a very good hotel. My rating is mainly based on the room and the service and both are great.

The go above and beyond to ensure your expectations are met.

Check in and check out is very efficient.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Very clean, reasonably priced (work was happy I wasn’t breaking the bank), complimentary snacks at check in, two drink coupons, and the room is beautiful. It is very inviting with an open lobby and comfortable common areas. I’ll definitely stay here again and consider other Expresses.
