I drive Route 1 between the parkway and Route 18 everyday and I’d been desperately searching for a good convenience store to get my occasional morning energy drink or crappy quick breakfast. Why isn’t there a single QuickChek or Wawa? I was so happy I finally found this 7 – 11 since every other convenience store in this section of Route 1 is limited to soda and chips. This one actually has food(your usual chips and crap, fruit, yogurt, hot stuff) for a quick breakfast. I’ve been stopping in pretty much every other day to get 2 big energy drinks for 2/$ 5. Well last week they rang up for $ 3.50 each. I told the woman the price on the sign, she said that promo is over, I suggested they take the sign down. I came back this morning and got my usual 2 energy drinks, aware the prices might not be 2/$ 5 anymore. But the sign was still on the door stating 2 big energy drinks for $ 5, 2 smaller energy drinks for $ 3. Again they rang up at $ 3.50 each. It’s fine that the 2⁄5 promo is over. I get it. But when I suggested to the cashier that they take the sign down he proceeded to argue with me that the sign was for the small ones that were still on sale and I had gotten a big one, that wasn’t on sale. I can read and I can tell the difference between big and small. He just kept yelling over me in his broken english until I stormed out. So F you guys. I’m never coming back to this store. I’m not giving my business to people that treat their customers like idiots.
