This is a pleasant enough independently-​owned convenience store. Actually, it appears to have a pretty large selection of goods for a convenience store.
The real treat is that it has a Krispy Krunchy Cajun style Fried Chicken concession in it. I’ve tried the chicken, and biscuits, and they were great. I found the chicken and biscuits as good as or better than the large-​chain competitors. They also offer Jambalaya (pretty good) and some fried seafood items (shrimp and fish), which I plan to try. This is a take-​out only kind of place, and I believe it is closed on Sundays. It is our new go-​to place for fried chicken.
