Auntie Anne’s

Went to Auntie Anne’s around 10:45am Tuesday 4÷28÷15. I ordered pretzel bites and a side of cheese to go for $ 5.46. Once I arrived home, I ate it. I’m nearing the bottom of the container and pull out my next pretzel. Disgustingly there is a brown piece of hair baked inside. I am immediately grossed out and regret eating everything previously. I Google and call the menlo park location. Once speaking to the manager «Mo» i explained the situation. Not ONCE did he apologize. He asked me to come in for a new one. A new one? Are you kidding me? I’m totally grossed out and will never eat there again. I told him I want a refund and again he requests me to come in. I’m not going to drive 20 min for a $ 5 refund so I request he does it via phone and proceed to give him my information. Unless you like the surprise element of hair in your food, I’d pick another location. NEVER AGAIN.
