I was extremely turned off by the guy at the cashier. Wasn’t helpful at all right off the bat. They had none of the pretzels I had wanted and the one I finally chose was a bit stale. You’re better off going to the mall for a pretzel.

The pretzels are great! And best of all they accept the 5 $ clipper coupon dropping the price on large pretzel tray orders. The staff is accommodating and has taken last minute changes to our pretzel tray orders, which I still do not recommend doing but wanted to make note ;) Of course the pretzels are amazing and very addicting, and the pretzel dog really hits the spot. One thing I would like to really emphasize is their dips… EXCELLENT! The spicy mustard is actually spicy and should be eaten in small amounts and the cinnamon dip is killer. I have tried every one of them and have not been disappointed. This is a great place with no frills that’s serves a great product.

I ordered 300 pretzels last week for a party at my office this past Friday. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was available which was wonderful. I called back the day before the party to confirm that everything was scheduled and it was. Pretzels were delivered on time and the lady’s car even had steamy windows when she pulled up. The pretzels were still nice and warm! All of the employees were pleasantly surprised by that! Overall everything was wonderful. Prices are amazing. You can get 100 pretzels for just $ 36 and the delivery charge ($ 5) was also extremely reasonable. I would definitely order from here again for a future office party.

This location seems to be going downhill. The pretzels are getting smaller and there are never enough made. You have to wait for them. The place never seems to have customers there either.

Of the five locations I have visited this one is hands down the worst. Pretzels were not only overcooked but also about one quarter smaller than other locations. Not worth a return visit.

Love this place I’m from Staten Island and there used to be one here but closed down there opening one by forest across the street from planet fitness lol work out and then pretzel got to love it. I came across this as I was looking at undercover boss they looked good I decide to see where was the closets one and came to this one it was awesome must had ate like 5 before heading back to si lol.

The pretzels here are cheap and fresh. Only complaint is that the cheese sauce is awful, and I love an occasional side of fake processed cheese. But it’s a chain and there’s nothing they can do. The pretzel dogs are a must try. The latest they are open is 7pm I think… Which causes me to not be able to get one most of the time.

I just been driving around tonight and I was just gonna stop by this place and get me something to drink, soonest I got out my car, I can smell the pretzel, and the smell is nothing like the pretzel cart on the street in Manhattan or in the mall or any other places that make pretzel, the smell is so… delicious I thought to my self, I gotta try this, and I’m not even hungry. lol
I tried to hot dog pretzel, and I gotta tell you guys/​girls, if you ever in Edison, NJ, you must stop by this place, I never taste it pretzel this good before, and if I live in Manhattan, I will drive out there just for their pretzel, and yes, that is how good it is.
