Joe has the best donuts, pastries, and pies that I have ever came acrossed. We are here working on a gas pipeline and I stop in occasionally to pick up stuff for my fellow workers and they rave about them also. He’s been nothing but polite and always generous with samples. Highly recommend if your in the area.

This gentleman that owns the bakery Joe came into my job and told me to «Shut up and do as I say» before even giving me a proper request to assist him and this isn’t the first time he was rude to me at one of my previous jobs. I have worked for quite a few local businesses in the Edison area because I live the wholesomeness of family own retail and hospitality aimed businesses and I dread every time I have encountered him.

This place smells amazing!!! Everything looks great when you walk in. Right away you will notice the huge amount of variety for cookies and pastries. I asked for what they would recommend as their best. The woman recommended a cheese puff and a raspberry filled puff. The cheese puff was delicious and highly recommend it. I gave the place 1 star off because the raspberry filled puff was good but filled with the fake preservaty raspberry stuff which I just don’t see why she would recommend it as one of the best.

This bakery is amazing. They visit the Jersey City farmers’ market. I’m addicted to their poppy seed roll and Hungarian nut roll. I buy 2 a week! Their rye bread is also amazing as is everything else I’ve tried. The prices are incredibly good for such quality baked items.

This place doesn’t look like much when you drive by but they have a solid selection of yummy items. We got a Danish and a coffee crumb cake for a brunch party and both were exceptionally good. The bagels are better than many of the places we’ve tried, too. They also sampled some yummy nut bread at the Rutgers gardens farmer’s market a few weeks ago and it was warm, sweet, and amazing. Prices are reasonable, too. The cakes and desserts we tried were average but we’d give them another go.

Oh! But the aroma the fills the street around this little shop will surely draw you in. The baked good would put your grandma’s cake to shame! I walked I and was great by the owner who workes behind the counter when he’s not kneeding dough and manning the ovens. There we re a host of regulars and friendly banter. The prices are reasonable and the samples are generous. Open from Thursday-Sunday. Please patronize small businesses. Without places like these, I’d have to go to Dunkin Dounuts!
