Amazing staff and I saved ALOT! Love love love this place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Tara, Jah and Debbie are the best at what they do. We joined 2 years ago when building our basement and have been happy with everything. From our laminate wood floors to kitchen cabinets, faucets lighting fixtures. You name it they got it. I highly recommend this membership.

Direct buy is a dream come true, I have saved soooooooooo much money. And I was able to do remodel my kitchen & my bathroom for literally half price. Buying at cost just like the stores do gives me tremendous savings on anything for my home, there is no better way to shop. I did not want to go to direct buy, but I’m so glad I did. I will be a member for life. Thanks Direct buy of Edison

They can be be better. Direct Buy Web site suck. Slow as hell. I am not SURE how the HELL the corporate Direct Buy management is doing this business? They charge exorbitant amount towards memberships and towards annual membership fee, They have horrible web site. They also don’t have good products like Anderson Windows. I am member but i am deeply disappointed with the product manufactured by Hooker. QUALITYSUCKSBADLY. I have PAID3 times the cost of Leather Sectional Sofa by Matherna collections. IO thought i bought italian and made in Italy. But the quality is as bad as it can be. Sucks. I have to live with this membership. I am deeply disappointed and i can see that Direct buy is not good as it claims to be. I am not sure where they understand the idea of eCommerce. They charge 8% on all purchases+Taxes+Frieght+ you have to pick up from their warehouse. Staff is good at Edison. Guess WHATYOUCANTRETURN the product, you have to SUCK it up and live with the products.

we have been members since 2010. from what i’ve heard, directbuy locations really vary in terms of customer service. i don’t have experience with other locations, but in the Edison location, the customer service has been pretty good. they really help you to find things and aren’t lazy(as i’ve heard with other locations). yes, it costs a lot to join… around $ 5000. so only join if you know that you are planning on buying a lot of furniture or remodeling your home. if you are not planning big purchases you will never make your money back. also, you definitely save more on higher end items than lower end. and it doesn’t save you much at all for electronics. we just bought a house before joining, so we knew that we’d have a lot of furniture to buy. after 3 years, we had broken even. and now we’re in the midst of a bathroom remodel which has us now bringing in the savings. the membership lasts 3 years, but then it’s just a nominal fee per year to maintain(~$ 200). at this point, we anticipate it being worthwhile. but it does take patience.
