Unfortunately, this is not the correct address as it is not on James Street, the mailing address is right on Route 27.
I used to be a regular here. Everyone was so friendly. Lately though, they have been ridiculously rude. Especially the manager. I literally live 2 blocks from here, but because of the way the manager has acted the last few times I have been in there (to spend a lot of money on gift cards alone) I now take my business to a location much farther from my house. An attitude when I am going out of my way to be friendly with you is not needed, especially first time in the morning. Even my toddler made a comment that the manager was not a nice lady today. When a toddler notices that, then you know something is wrong.
I hope they get their attitudes together. But I will not be back for awhile because 1 time, I get it. You’re having a bad day. But 4 times in a row? You no longer get my business.

Fast friendly service with a smile!!! Bought 3 coffees and 2 dozen bagels. In and out in less then 5 minutes. Frankie is a really nice employee who went above to help us.

Let’s be honest all Dunkin’s Donuts are relatively the same, but this one it’s run by very friendly people who know how to make the drinks well. Every time I’ve been here the tables and floors are clean and the food is always fresh. It has to be top notch because it has to compete with Starbucks across the street, and it competes well.

This location is clean with really nice employees! They helped me sort through my coupons and had everything ready so quickly!
