Sorry, as per walking in, the pizza is sitting out on the counter in a way that it should be under heat lamps but it’s not. No heat. I worry people can get sick from this! Two stars because my kid and my husband seem to be ok with it.

Really good pizza! Reminds me of the way pizza is supposed to be made, thin crust, cheese melts in your mouth. Big screen TV, u can. Watch any channel you want. Nice people behind the counter. They will make anything u want.

Pizza is too thick, has too much cheese, and is very oily. Definitely not my style of true Italian pizza. Thumbs down.

Wondrous variety of gourmet pizzas, but I chose wrong. Franco’s Margarita pizza is (what I think is) traditional, diced tomatoes covered with mozzarella– no sauce. I have seen it like this and I can not complain about that. I can complain about the «Large» Antipasto… it was not very large. Most large antipasto give me 3 or 4 servings, this large is only about 2, and it was not diverse; no shredded mozzarella, not many vegetables. The staff & owner (?) were friendly, and had adorable accents. I picked up; after being told 25 minutes I got there and waited another 15 minutes. There was another customer there, and he waited 10 minutes AFTER I arrived; he only ordered 6 wings. Although I did not like this style of Margarita. I would try a different gourmet pizza next time because it was a well crafted pizza with terrific crust, and some of the other pizzas that were being made looked delicious. Franco May get one more star if he comes thru on my next pizza…

Wow I love this place I always order when I stay in Edison, NJ I order the buffalo chicken salad mozzarella sticks this time. They also bought my food in a nice bag

Wings are delicious. Salad fresh and crisp. Wish they had a few more varieties of Snapple. Next time I’m trying the pizza. Friendly service. Definitely will be back. Not fancy enough for a date, but good eats nonetheless.

This is sadly one of the worst Italian Restaurants in the New Jersey area. Apparently the person who takes orders is also the owner. Several times I’ve ordered meals and they’ve been delivered and haven’t been prepared properly. Unfortunately each time I attempted to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt, he’s disappointed me each time. If you want traditional Italian with a 5 star commitment to customer service this is not the place. Total garbage…

Pizza Is great so are there subs. I recently tried there buffalo chicken salad and it blew my mind. People are great there feels like your at home would recommend this place to everyone.

I have to say I have been ordering from Francos for close to 10+ years even after I moved out of NJ and came back up to visit my folks I still have Francos on my MUST HAVE RADAR! I usually only order their pizza (large pizza pepperoni/​jalapenos) I have also ordered their plain cheese pizza as well as their wings, Italian dinners (chicken marsala & chicken francese, italian subs, mozarella sticks and salad and I have to say they have hit the mark almost EVERY single time! Now let me say that their have been times where they do mess up but it is very rare in my case. I would recommend Francos to anyone looking for awesome pizza in the area and will definitely be dialing #5 on my speed dial to order from them next time I am visiting! * THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR DELIVERY AS I HAVE NEVER VISITED THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT*

Great pizza, wings and sandwiches! Every time I go here the service is fast and friendly. I can’t wait to try the eggplant!

My go to place for pizza. Nothing fancy just good old NY pizza which can be hard to find, belive it or not and they deliver promptly. The mgmt and staff are very nice people and always are polite. We order atleast once a month from them… cannot think about switching unless they sell it or something.

For pizza and calzones, Francos is a great local place. The always deliver quickly — even in snow storms. If you live in the area, you can’t go wrong with their pizza.

A good local pizza shop. Nothing fancy, but it’s authentic thin crust East Coast style. For the time that I lived in Edison, I probably ordered 30 pies over a 3 year period and was always satisfied.
