Pandora

If no stars was possible terrible customer service. There are three customers in the store and three employees and the manager. It’s more important for this manager or employee to restock jewelry then help customers. They all need customer service training or need to care about their jobs .when I asked them, excuse me are you assisting anyone? With attitude she said let me put this away and someone will assist you and walks off to the back. Then comes out and asks a person that just walked it if they knew what they wanted. This was so rude they loss my business.

The only thing that can suck in a jewelry store is either policy or customer service. This Pandora sucks at both.
I walked in, waiting for a rep to acknowledge me. None did for about 5 mins until a woman told me I had to enter the queue located outside of the store, and embarrassingly stand there until I was called– unable to even browse the merchandise without one of their reps guiding me through their assumingly impossible process of buying a bracelet. A few others also were taken out of the store and put behind me, only to leave out of frustration.
I should mention that I knew what I needed before I walked in– a charm with a ‘D’ on it, for my girlfriend. Thats it. No gold bangles, no diamond encrusted rose gold butterflies.
I finally make it past their line of shame and get in. I told the rep what I wanted, only to find out they were out of stock. Bummer.
I then asked her if there are any other Pandoras in the area that might have it. She said the Woodbridge shop might and she’d give them a call in the back. She runs to the back and not 30 seconds later, she returns to tell me they’re also out of it. Bullshit.
I nodded and thanked her (for nothing), left, googled the woodbridge store and gave them a call– what do you know?! They had it! Thanks Lisa, you’re a really sincere helper. Good to see you’re keeping the holiday spirit alive.
I can’t tell you to avoid this shop, but the experience couldn’t have been any worse than it was.
