Avana on Second Apartments

These people have been giving my daughter the runaround for a few weeks now, as she’s trying to get things set to move in, and have made it pretty clear already that if she does they’ll make her life living hell for the next 12 months. They don’t return phone calls and don’t answer questions when you walk in the office, and to top it all off, they like to give attitude as if they’re in control and you’re just SOL.
If it’s already this bad, can you imagine how hard it would be to get anything done after you move in? I’m sure the smug attitude will disappear now that my attorney is involved.
As a Realtor who deals with a great deal of relocation and new construction clients, I now know from experience to make sure Avana isn’t on our company’s list of recommended lease locations.
