Stay as far away from the place as possible. This place is unlike any professional spa that I have seen. First off, the owner was having an «estate sale» in one of the massage rooms on the day that I was there. Think «junk sale». People kept coming and going while I was getting my mani — pedi. She does not have a proper pedicure or manicure set-​up. She had the manicurist bring her own machine to do my feet, i.e. the kind that you might buy to have your daughter or sister do a pedicure for you. No chair. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands for the manicure, the sink was stained and looked dirty. She charges extra if you have a hand treatment with your manicure. I had been given a gift certificate for a massage and facial, but I cannot imagine having this woman do either of these things. Everything about this place looked very shabby. Not to mention that the woman called and demanded that I make my appointment on the dates that she wanted. The gall of someone to demand that you use your gift certificate on her schedule, not on the date that you might want to use such a nice gift. A time to relax. I don’t think anyone could relax there!

I bought a Groupon for three eyebrow threading sessions and was very disappointed with the service. The first time I called to make an appointment Mary, the owner, seemed like I was inconveniencing her to come in. I was hoping for a relaxing session but wasn’t provided that either. The entire time I was there she was trying to sell me more services that I wasn’t interested in. The second time I made an appointment, she called 15 minutes before my scheduled time and wanted to change it. Furthermore, Mary didn’t stick to the Groupon agreement. At the first session she state I had six months to redeem all three sessions but upon my second session, four months later, refused to honor it. Her solution for me was to provide a discounted service. This didn’t go over well at all since I had already purchased three sessions and only redeemed one. I left without service and ended up getting a refund from Groupon. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone else go there. I would have given ZERO stars if that was an option

I purchased a Groupon for three eyebrow threading sessions after my place in the mall closed down. I scheduled an appointment and the day of my appointment I called to see if she could get me in earlier. She told me that she couldn’t so I kept my original appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and the door was locked. I waited until my appointment time and then a few minutes later and still no one was there. I called the phone number and asked where she was. She said she was just down the street and she seemed irritated that I had called. It still took her another few minutes before she got there. She did do a nice job on my eyebrows, but it wasn’t worth the wait and the attitude. I will finish out the visits I paid for on the Groupon, but after that I will have to find someone else who can thread my eyebrows because it’s just not worth the hassle.

Mary, the owner, has been taking care of my face for over 7 years. I don’t trust anyone else. All natural products and she’ a doll. You won’t believe her age when you see how well she takes care of her face! That’s all I need to know.
