Ok so I just had the worst experience of my life with customer service. Before I went to this location I called ahead to see if the $ 3.99 lunch special was going on. They said it was going until 4 pm but when I got there with 5 other people the girl said they it was going Monday through Friday and that they weren’t going to honor the deal. By the way when they said that they couldn’t do it we asked to speak to a manager so she walked away from the counter like I just shot her dog or something and when she came back she didn’t have the manager with her which was the biggest mistake. I mean come on people it’s costumer service its not hard to ring someone up for a pizza buffet. Ok now the food. I went to the salad bar and asked for some ham and cheese. Once again the person working there was very rude with me again and said that «WE DONT DO ANYMORE». They didn’t even explain it or anything. The bread sticks were raw and doughy. The pizza was hard and old. I was really disgusted by everything there and I drove to another location in Midwest city. This place wasn’t even worth $ 1.99. I will never be going back to this location. I only put one star because it is the minimum that is allowed. In my eyes, it a big fat 0.

I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars. From the moment I walked through the door the service was terrible. I received incorrect information over the phone that the buffet price was the $ 3.99 special well, when I arrived the female at the register walks away when I walk up to the counter. Took her five minutes to take my order for a 4 person buffet then tells me she can’t honor the special price because, it’s Monday-​Friday. I understand that but, I asked to speak to the manager which I do believe her name was Natalia but, she said that there’s nothing she can do. OKAY. After I deal with the false advertisement I ask for a pizza with only ham, she then tells me she cannot do that… Why?! I paid FULL PRICE for some disgusting pizza and terrible service. I will never suggest this place to any human being. This was the first time I’ve eaten at a CiCis pizza and this location ruined it for me, I think they hate their customers.

If you don’t want to attend a church service, then don’t eat it. The religious music blasting over the blood screeching screams of children, and employees disrespecting their customers is less than pleasant. It isn’t clean by any sense of the word and the manager has devil eyes and will look at you like you asked to have her first born child if you request a personal pizza. Try Ken’s or Mazzios, a bit more expensive but worth it for excellent customer service and much less of a risk of food poisoning and religious brain washing.

Expensive. For two people it was 14 $ and the food is decent. If you like pizza with cause then this is not the place for you it’s pretty much cheesy bread with different toppings. Has a lot of selections when it comes to different varieties of cheesy bread (pizza) which is why it gets such a good rating.

Food is good but customer service is terrible. The girl behind the cashier counter had no personality and she was very rude to us.

Been to a few friend/​family events here over the years, such as a kid’s birthday party. It’s gone downhill and changed hands a few times, I think. This last time we went the floors were sticky, the soda fountain wasn’t working, there weren’t utensils and glasses stocked. The bathrooms are yucky.
I wasn’t expecting much from the food because it’s a cheap pizza buffet – but the lack of pizza out on the buffet can’t be overlooked!
The birthday space is just a roped off section of tables and chairs and it is really cramped and laid out poorly. Some of the arcade games were out of order.

i am not American. I eat some pizza. I can not find here bad. And it is so cheap so I think it worth. I like soup here.

The food here is ok, it’s nothing special. They have removed the napkins, salt, pepper and cheese from the tables. Napkins are available at the drink station and in the food line. The other condiments are no longer available. The bathrooms are horrendous. With Mazzios and Kens there are much better pizza buffets in town. Our family will not be back.

Food was good for Cici’s however I waited 25 minutes for a personal pizza. Walked up to the buffet bar and was told «it’s on its way» 2x. Not sure if they were trying to fulfill orders or just cranking out pizzas.
