Absolutely disgusting! Havent ate at a Huddle House in at least 2 years. Don’t remember tasting like a old boot that was boiled in water then covered with bullshit! I would have rather ate a can of cat food then to eat this slop. My wife was with me and it embarrassed me that I allowed her to eat here. The waitress had ghetto teeth. It literally looked like her teeth had been caught up in a drive by then curb stomped by John Cena! She also had a booger in her nose that I couldn’t stop staring at. Screw this place!

Came in at 530am. Did not see a person for 20 minutes. Ordered a Meat Lover Omelet. Got an omelet with very little inside of it and a very small serving of hash browns. Ate my meal and did not see the waitress again for 15 minutes. When she did come back she asked me to cash out so she could go home. Another waitress had to bring me a refill on my Coffee. Probably the worst service I have ever seen at a truckstop restaurant.

I was just looking for some place to hole up for the night and sate my carb craving for a waffle during late hours. Huddle House fit the bill. It’s nothing special, but I didn’t want anything fancy. My server Lori was an absolute dear. She surprised me with how congenial and caring she was and provided phenomenal service. The location is part of a gas station/truck stop and is a bit rugged. Bathrooms were fairly dirty and somewhat disparaging. But, if you’re looking for an all-hours place that has your typical variety of greasy, sugary, or fried(even though I shied away from these options) breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, this eatery is as decent place as any to try out. It’s a truck-stop, so don’t expect much more. My plain strawberry waffle, unsweetened tea, and raisin bread were all fine. It was really my server’s doting care who made it a positive place to chill for the night. Lori’s service made what would have been an ambivalent two star restaurant a three star experience. Acceptable food/location, good service.

Understaffing is hurting the restaurant. All but one booth has people but there is only two employees. I can’t get my bill.

A late morning found me having a late breakfast at the Huddle House. The haven of tired truckers presented a relatively small dining room with a friendly waitress and ample menu options. I selected a premium breakfast platter with Country fried steak, hash browns, 2 eggs over easy and an optional biscuit. The chicken fried steak arrived first. It’s texture was soft with a mild pleasant flavor. The gravy was a peppery cream that added flavor to the mushy mildness of the steak. The hash browns were a soft starchy consistency with a pleasing flavor. The biscuits were a powdery, spongey flavor that depended on the creamy sausage gravy for their edibility. All in all I would say good truckers fare. I would eat it again but I wouldn’t drive too far off the highway to get it.

After messing up my order twice they finally got it right, and afterwards the bacon and sausage tasted terrible. Seemed like one waitress was doing all the work while the cook and other servers were busy doing drugs or forgetting how to read the order. It’s still better than Denny’s, but that’s like saying the woods is better than a portapotty. Anyone that gave this place 4+ needs to get out more often.

Stopped here for the first time today. The wife and I both loved it. The food was very good, service was excellent and price was just right. Will definitely be eating here again.

I like the menu at Huddle House. Plenty of veggie choices, although most are fried. They have a good grilled chicken breast plate w veggies you can order and not feel like youve blown your New Years healthy eating resolution. The chicken was plump juicy and full of flavor. Service was ok. 8÷30÷15. They have a new milkshake. Very Berry. Ohhhhhmy its gooooood. The servers are SO nice here!

The food was slightly below Denny’s quality(if you can imagine that). The service was bad but about what you expect for a truck stop diner.

I went there for the first time this past weekend and I found it to be much better than Denny’s, I-Hop or the Waffle House. The décor was very pleasant and inviting and the staff were very friendly. And, of course, the food was very good.

It was freezing in there so I asked for herbal tea. All they had was black. Okay, whatever. Got our food. Mine came with a biscuit. I asked for butter and she returned with some«whipped spread». I looked at her dumbfounded and she said, «it’s all we have». I was going to put jelly on it but when I read the ingredients they all had high fructose corn syrup(and they were all sticky). Husband ended up with, uh, shall we say, a «stomach problem» shortly after we left. There’s too many other places that were close so we would never eat here again.

Typical American traditional truck stop restaurant. Was on our way to Albuquerque NM from Oklahoma city Oklahoma. Well anyway wanted a quick bite to eat. I ordered the the chicken dumpling… not too bad, had to put some hot sauce on it. Texas toast was ok. My friend Steve ordered the chicken finger. He said it was dry. My sister order waffles and casserole was not that good.
