INTEGRIS Health Edmond

Went to the ER and they misdiagnosed the issue, had to push to get the right care. Not very friendly or helpful, my doctor told me to drive down to the ER at Baptist in the future, because there have been some major misdiagnosis done in the Edmond ER.

Went to the other no mercy place this should’ve been my first choice from the doctors to the nurses to the tech everyone was nice considerate and not in hurry to get us out. making sure that we were successful in good condition before we left. not the case in the location really means no mercy cannot wait to get us out

Outstanding facility! Unfortunately, I’ve received a LOT of medical care here over the last year for some health problems that I’ve been having. Fortunately, I’ve been receiving my health care here, so although it stinks to have health problems, it makes it so much more manageable when you are in the care of competent doctors, responsive nurses, friendly support staff, phlebotomists who can draw your blood without leaving you looking like you have a drug problem, and friendly and professional radiology staff.
The facility is clean, the parking is convenient, and it is easily accessible. Integris seems to be aggressively pursuing optimal customer service, so you’re asked to complete a survey after every visit. I actually like leaving feedback, particularly when I have a good experience, so I like receiving the surveys. Also, I like that they take the time to actually follow up.
I’ve also had no problems with their billing offices. Medical billing is never fast, but I do usually receive any bills I have within a couple months time, and I always know exactly the service for which I’m being billed. Their statements are clear and simple to understand.
I hope that you don’t have occasion for their hospital services, more than just for routine care or happy prenatal care, but if you do find yourself in a difficult situation, you will be in good hands because they will capably and compassionately help you through it.

Dr. Julie Hansen just delivered my baby here and it was a GREAT experience. The facilities have always been sparkling clean. The technology seems to be top notch everywhere. Waiting areas have always been comfortable. The nursing staff seemed entirely competent and friendly. The food was like Jekyll and Hyde. One day it was fantastic and I was ready to move in, the next day it was inedible. So, I guess it’s anybody’s guess. All in all I would trust these people.
Haven’t needed to use the ER and hope I never do, but this will be where we go if the need arises.

Awesome hospital! Clean, new, helpful staff, very attentive to patients. The cafeteria delivers your food up in 20 min and its actually really good. The doctors and nurses are great too — very patient oriented. So glad I got to experience this place

This complex truly is as good as it gets. I’ve been to the outpatient side for my OB/​GYN throughout my pregnancy and the Jim Thorpe rehab for PT and then delivered my son at the inpatient side almost three weeks ago. The facilities are new, clean, nicely furnished and filled with helpful and capable staff. The parking is easy and close, which is important for healthcare and many other facilities seem to forget that.
My experience at the hospital was phenomenal. From check in to our departure we received the perfect level of attention– cared for but not stalked. The nurses on both shifts were caring and we truly felt like they were excited to be a part of this special time. The food was standard hospital fare, but even the person taking your order on the phone was kind and repeated your order back and gave an ETA for delivery that was always spot on and delivered with a smile and a congratulations. The environment was quiet and meant that we were able to relax and recover with our new little family.
One complaint is that our room and bathroom weren’t cleaned on the first (and only) full day. That was the day we had the most visitors and it would’ve been nice to have it clean and sanitized. But the woman who cleaned it on the day we left was so sweet, efficient and explained everything she was going to do that I really couldn’t fuss.
You may want to warn your visitors how nice it is in advance – two of my friends were afraid they were in the wrong place because when they pulled up it felt more like a luxury hotel than a hospital and I couldn’t help but agree!

I’ve been here now for a doctor’s appointment of my own, I’ve accompanied my sister to a checking-​on-​baby-​heartbeat appointment and to visit my cousin’s sweet new baby just after she was born. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the medical offices and the hospital area.
Easily accessible from I-​35, the buildings are new and modern, but not scary modern. Ample parking, and just a few buildings and areas make it so much less time-​consuming and stressful than the big hospital complexes. I think it can be so intimidating to find parking and then find the right building at Integris Baptist or OUHSC. This place is just so easy to get around.
So far every interaction I’ve had with a doctor, nurse or staffer has been pleasant and professional. If you’re looking at local medical options, I suggest checking it out.
