Have enjoyed their cooking a couple of times when their food truck comes to our office complex. Tried their new restaurant today– it was wonderful! Had the DOUBLEJOWLER sandwich. It’s a lot of food– good food! The spicy mustard is appropriately named! Very good. We’ll be back.

Set right off broadway extension and 21st, this bbq joint with a slight german flair is right on point. The brisket is smoked in house, and tasted fantastic. The sauce options are between regular and spicy, but both had a slightly sweet taste to them. Its slightly pricey but the portions more than make up for it, my meal essentially became two meals. Overall a great meal and a well designed establishment with good décor.

Klemm’s is a fantastic German BarBQ joint. It is a casual seat your self after ordering restaurant. The prices are what you would expect for a Smoke Haus. I got the Porking Amazing sandwhich with fries and it was divine. My wife got ¼ pound of brisket and half rack of ribs. Everything was delicious! If you have a keep it local card you get drinks for free. We will be coming back!

Was in Edmond for a meeting, So I try out Klemm’s Smoke Haus, new brick and mortar. Had the Pull Pork sandwich, it was very good. The potato salad was ok, but I would not call it German.

The prices looked high at first, but after tasting the food, it was well worth it. Very delicious! We came right as the place was opening at 11am Friday and the line of people quickly formed without any signs of slowing down. I ordered the Porking Amazing Combo for $ 11. Kiebasa, pulled pork, cheese sauce, red cabbage & apple slaw, and of course I added jalapenos, on a hot dog bun. The Sandwich was top notch. Every bite was full of flavor and especially with their delicious hot bbq sauce. This place is definitely worth a try for any foodie.

If you’re a BBQ fan, you need to visit Klemm’s on S. Broadway in Edmond! Originally a German BBQ inspired food truck, Klemm’s has opened up a restaurant to more conveniently serve faithful, local foodies. Which we love! I visited on a busy Friday night, and the thing with Klemm’s is, they serve the food they have until they run out. And sometimes they really do run out. I got there about 6:30 p.m. and they had already run out of smoked chicken. I decided to try the Jowler combo after reading many positive reviews about the pulled pork dish, topped with bacon and house-made green apple slaw. Mmm… They were already out of pretzel buns when I ordered so they subbed with Texas toast. It was all very, very delicious.(I meant to take a photo but devoured it before I had the chance. Oops! #foodieprobs) The only reason I gave Klemm’s 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the«we serve until we run out» rule. Although I am not picky, some people are and could potentially be put-out if the dish they want isn’t available when they arrive. The restaurant is still very new and I’m sure they’re working out the kinks in the system. Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit to Klemm’s if you’re in the area and cravin’ some good BBQ!

This is a review for their brick and mortar location on S. Broadway in Edmond. It was great! You order at the window and they call your name when it was ready. I was glad to see my favorites on the menu. That pulled pork, and the smoked chicken— delicious. The menu is expanded and I can’t wait to come back for some more smokey goodness. The dining area is nice. I love the window bar seating. Everything was clean and all new lookin’ as it is their first day open. What I liked about Klemm’s truck and what has transferred well to their brick and mortar is the great food but also the good service and friendly staff. I like two things from smoke houses/bbq joints — good food and good hospitality. Klemm’s hits both. My sandwich bun was buttery and soft. It tasted house made. The pulled pork and sides were delicious. The coleslaw was cold and the mac and cheese was hot. The pulled pork was lukewarm, so that would be my only complaint about today’s visit. I like my hot food to be hot when it’s served. But really, considering the amount of customers at lunch rush on their first day open, I got no complaints. It was frickin delicious. The food came out so fast despite the long line. Yea!

Amazing fries. I got the smoked chicken sandwich and it does not disappoint. Great, quick, and friendly service. Jan even apologized for not making it out sooner this summer due to weather. Try these guys out seriously!

There truck is probably second favorite in OKC. I love German food, and they do it right. Although the prices are a little high, I will make every opportunity to stop by if they are in my area(N OKC/Edmond). Which is more often than I can say for most of our food trucks.
The aroma coming out of Klemm’s Smoke Haus Food Truck are amazing! The flavors they put together are great! I had the Smothered Fries: perfectly cooked fries all mixed up with brisket, bbq sauce, home made cheddar cheese sauce, jalapeños, onions, and green onions. Wow! Excellent food. Why not 5 stars? The food could have been served warmer, it was a little on the cool side. No worries, I’ll try them again! Keep a look out for them!

I’ve been sitting here wondering what to start off with, but I decided to just get down to it. Jowler sandwich combo(fries), $ 10. Jowler sandwich(5⁄5): Oh my goodness. Oh my damn. Everything about this sandwich was outstanding. The bun(kaiser, if I do recall. Being a ‘German’ barbecue food truck) was firm and somewhat dense, while remaining soft and easy to eat –no sogginess here! It was filled with brisket(juicy, flavorful, tender), bacon(partly crunchy and partly soft with a smoky flavor), sauerkraut(crunchy and subtle in the flavor so it wasn’t overwhelmingly sour like generic sauerkraut), and spicy mustard(a perfect amount of sauce serving to accent the sandwich rather than be a taste substitute). Fries(5⁄5): They reminded me of fries gotten back when there were a few more barbecue stands around. A bit thick with a slight crisp on the outside but perfectly soft and not floppy. They season it with pepper and salt and that’s all it needs. Smothered fries, $ 8(5⁄5): The same perfectly cooked fries all mixed up with brisket(or pork, your choice. But the right choice is brisket), bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, onions, and green onions. Of course, they’re a food truck, so your best bet to get some is to /like them on Facebook. Happy hunting!
