I’ve been to this Little Caesar’s Pizza numerous times over the years. At one point in my life I truly did love Little Caesar’s, but that was when I lived in Florida. It seems to me that over the years, their quality control has gone the way of the buffalo. Granted the price and convenience of the Hot-n-Ready is hard to beat. We’ve been going to an alternative low-cost pizza takeout very close by for a while and even though its not the greatest pizza ever, they’re consistent with their quality, toppings & very affordable. We tried Little Caesar’s again a few days ago and lo and behold, it actually wasn’t too bad! I picked up a supreme(minus mushrooms) to go. The crust was noticeably thicker, the cheese was ample and applied evenly. The toppings were decent and the pizza itself wasn’t under-cooked like usual. Previously they were frequently under-cooked and the toppings were very spotty. Hopefully this wasn’t just a fluke and Little Caesar’s has upped their game. Time will tell.

As long as you’re driving through to pick up a ‘hot-n-ready,’ this place is fine, but otherwise, just drive on by & go elsewhere. Yesterday, I drove through to pick up a canadian bacon & pineapple(Hawaiian) pizza. I paid for the pizza and they asked me to pull into one of the parking spaces and wait for them to make it. Of course, they told me it would only be a few minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I unloaded my son and we went inside, where the girl behind the counter asked us to sit and wait and told me it would only be a couple of more minutes(there’s another gentleman there waiting on his pizza patiently). She asked the guys in the back 4 different times where my pizza was, each time getting a simple shrug of the shoulders. 10 minutes later, in walks who appears to be the manager, with her 3 kids in tow. She takes her kids to the back and walks around the store making small talk with all of the employees, finally getting around to asking the poor girl behind the counter how everything’s going, at which time she tells her that things are terrible and that I’ve been waiting for half an hour for a pizza that nobody seems to be able to find. The manager looks in the oven, finding no such pizza, at which time she walks over to the warming oven and finds my pizza, which has been sitting there in the warmer for at least the 15 minutes that I’ve been in the store. She brings it over to me with no apparent intention to apologize, at which point I say ‘So, it’s been sitting in the warmer the whole time?’ Her response: ‘I don’t know, I just got here.‘ Needless to say, after 35 minutes of this mess and going home with a barely-warm pizza, my family who’s waiting to eat before we go to church is less than enthused. We WON’T be going back. Maybe it’s a ‘you get what you pay for’ thing?!
