We enjoyed our meal. Just moved here from Texas. We decided to try because we received a coupon in the mail. Lots of food for the money.

Good interesting food. Try the guisos for a lot of flavor. Good margaritas.

I ate here last week and I thought it was a great experience. The restaurant was super busy but the service was still great. The food was above average and its the best Mexican food I’ve had in Edmond so far.

Recently ate at this restaurant. It was pretty good and the queso was actually decent! I ordered the Chicken Chimichanga with sour cream sauce dinner and it was a pretty big size. The only downside to this place was waiting for someone to seat us. They weren’t busy and we waited about 7 minutes. That’s a pretty long time to just be standing there staring at all the employees just talking. After we were sat, we watched the young girl hostess talk with a man towards the back of the restaurant and every time somebody came in, another employee would have to tell her so she could go and seat them. So annoying. Anyway, if you’re looking for good Tex Mex, this place isn’t that bad. My dinner cost about $ 11 as well.

Poblano Relleno is the best Relleno I’ve had in long time. Roasted, not fried, with fantastic verde sauce.

This is one of the best Mexican food places in town. My husband(from Arizona) is VERY picky about his Mexican food and thus is the only place in Oklahoma that he likes and talks about often(like at least once a week). We have to drive 30 minutes to get there from where we live but it’s SO worth it! It’s affordable and delicious!

This is a casual/nice establishment. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The food is magnificent. I’ve tried several of their dishes, and they’ve all been delicious. Its our«go to» place when we want Mexican food.

I keep trying to give the restaurant a chance but every time the service is horrible. The food is good sometime and sometimes not so great. Last time we went in I ordered a burrito and I ask for cheese on top well they brought it out with chili on top. I ask them for another one with cheese… he takes it in the back and then they scraped off the chili and put cheese on it. When I got it, it was very cold and there was still chili all over the plate and cheese thrown on the top. Also we sit and waited for our drinks and chips and salsa to be filled everytime. The service was just terrible. I have to say, I won’t be back again. I tried over 10 times and this was the end for me. Good luck!

I really don’t like writing reviews all that much let alone, one star reviews but this place deserves it. See, I’ve been eating at this place for the past few years and in the past few months, the service has declined to the point where I will NEVER eat there again. We went there on a Monday night(06÷01÷15) and the place was empty. I mean our group and two other groups were there. We waited for 20 minutes before we were even approached for our drink order! Every single waiter/waitress was just standing around visiting or going out the side door to make a phone call. It was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received at any eating establishment I’ve ever been to. It was that bad. It took over an hour to get our food to us and our salsa/queso bowls were never refilled nor was our chips. Honestly, if this had been a one time occurrence I would have never thought twice about it. However, this place has been trending this way for the past few months that I’ve been going and I’ve finally had enough. Chelinos, La Salsa, Ted’s, San Marco’s, Able’s, etc. are all just as good if not better, with much, much better service and attitude. I don’t know what’s happened to them, but they aren’t going to be in business much longer if they keep this up. There are just too many good Mexican places around that have at least the same quality of food if not better, with much better service.

I was craving for mexican food on my trip to OKC and gave this a shot. The salsa was not fresh and was not very flavorful. I ordered the Chicken Tacos. Nothing special. Your typical texmex restaurants. Service was good and prompt. I have had better authentic mexican food in OKC and I will probably stick with them.

Mixed feelings right now… the food was really good. But the service FRAKINSUCKS!!! was like pulling teeth to get a refill. Rude cocky server. One can have bad food with good service and it can be okay but when the service sucks the place needs to be closed!!!

This is probably the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is phenomenal — staff checked in on us every 3 – 4 min, and the food came out quickly. The good is delicious and the portions are hearty. When you get there, you get cheese dip and salsa brought to your table. WHODOEDTHAT?! It’s fantastic and a highlight of the restaurant. I recommend it all the way!

Prompt service and my waiter was pretty awesome. I ordered the stuffed peppers with chicken, rice and beans. I thought it was pretty good. Normally it comes breaded but this plate did not which is kind of odd for this Mexican dish but I still liked it. The flour tortillas were pretty good too.

This place is my Old Reliable Family Mexican restaurant. By that I mean, I can take a large party of people here with their kids, and everyone goes home happy. The food is consistent and comes out of the kitchen at a rapid pace. I like to get fajitas here or an enchilada. There is nothing special about them as far as seasoning and you will get mostly onions with the fajitas instead of vegetables listed in the menu, but they give generous amounts of guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo for no extra charge. This place is awesome because large quantities of food for low prices. The chips and salsa are popular and they also put that queso stuff out with it. The service is hit and miss. I attribute it to the family atmosphere of the restaurant. Sometimes you will get the experienced uncle who knows the menu well, always refills your drinks right away, anticipates everyone’s needs and provides friendly service. Other times you’ll get the young niece who can barely keep up with her tables and forgets to bring things you ordered and doesn’t refill your water, ever. As a mexican gal, I try not to be too terribly picky at mexican restaurants because I know they are catering to the greater public and not really focused on putting out authentic food with mind-blowing flavors, but I wish they would.

This is hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had and I am Mexican. The waitstaff is very polite and friendly. The food is delicious and the salsa is amazing, hotter salsa is available upon request. I have been going here weekly for the past 7 years. If you want good authentic delicious Mexican food then this is the best casual dinning option in the entire state. All the praise aside here are something’s Los Arcos is NOT: a fancy restaurant, a good place for a first date, a new twist on classic Mexican food, or bland american tex mex ala Taco Bell. I hope that helps!

This place is average to above average in some respects, but I can’t go to 4 stars due to some major flaws. We ate at Los Arcos with some friends and their two children on a Sunday. We arrived before noon, and I’m glad we did, because it was crowded once the church crowds started coming in. In took a few minutes to get the requisite cheese sauce/salsa/chips delivered to the table. The cheese sauce is good, a little thick, but not too bad. I liked the salsa quite a bit, it was more flavorful than you typically get at a place like this. Also, we asked for the hot salsa as well, and this has some heat to it. I’d get it again, as the regular table salsa has no heat. Finally, I highly recommend the relish, made with onions, jalapeño, carrots, and seasoned with herbs. We loved this stuff in tortillas, on chips, and in our meal. They were pretty crowded, so service wasn’t the best. But, when we needed refills we didn’t have to wait too long. I went with the tampiquena, a steak with a cheese enchilada, some fried potatoes, rice and beans. The«steak» was a flank type steak that was very thin and cooked far too long on the grill. No pink whatsoever, and it had a beef jerky like texture on the edges. It was decently seasoned, so I can see how it would be good if cooked properly. The enchilada needed to be cooked longer, so it had the opposite problem the steak did. I would not order this dish again. Los Arcos has a good kid’s menu and the server was understanding when the youngest at our table made a mess on the floor. I’d return, but only if I was in the area.

Not a bad place. Queso chorizo was delicious! My husband had the chimichanga which he loved. Only complaint was it needed more chili. I had the enchilada mole with beef. It was average. Just something about the mole sauce that could have been better. My mango margarita was huge and okay. The bathroom, however, was a disaster. They have a nice kids menu and provide them with paper and crayons. I had to ask the server for a child’s cup.

Been to Los Arcos 12 – 15 times in the past two years. Started out great with good service and good food for a good price. However the service gets slower and poorer every time we visit. I’ve taken a few family members in the past and I’m embarrassed by the service. I’ve even left after being seated for close to 10 mins without being waited on or having our drink order taken. I’ve finally had it and will not visit again. With Ted’s so close and Chelinos not too far away there are plenty of other places with much better service that can have my $$. They always ask at the cash register how was the experience. The couple of times I’ve mentioned the slow service I was rewarded with a blank stare or looking at the floor. No apology or promise to make the next visit better. As far as the food goes its pretty good. It’s not Ted’s quality, but you’re not paying Ted’s prices either. It’s on par with Chelinos or San Marcos if you’re familiar with the other local area TexMex offerings in OKC. Overall it’s good food but be prepared to wait and have an empty glass most of the time.

Awesome mexican food with the option of a twist! ! I ordered the Chimichanga Dinner and opted for both chicken and beef. I also choose chili sauce on top rather than sour cream sauce, was literally COVERED in well smashed Chili! Delicious!!! Service was also good, food came out extremely fast, texture was great! Yes the free cheese sauce they bring with chips and salsa tasted canned. … but Come On, it’s a courtesy, a LOT of places have stated charging for chips and salsa alone! ! Definitely authentic! Definitely recommend their Chimichanga with Chili sauce!!!
