I would just avoid this store! The owner is hostile towards customers and Laura the sales associate is a compulsive liar! This is a franchise store and they do not honor sears policies! The return policy on the receipt literally says, it varies depending on item purchased, no other details, just that. That is crazy! They do not appreciate there customers and how much money they spend. The nut case owner literally told me $ 1500 is not a lot of money! This is a type of store that thinks they are doing you a favor, but they are nothing but a hassle because the people that work there are incapable of doing the basics of there job! Then the owner defends them when he should be embarrassed!

I love shopping here. The store owners are amazing people, running a local business. I come from Oklahoma City to shop here, even though there is a Sears closer to my house. There is noting better than going to a family owned business, they just seem like their there for you.

THISISTHEWORSTRUNBUSINESS I“VEEVERSEEN. Please do not do business with this Sears store. The Owner is Dan Bercaw. I went to the store this weekend to return an item I bought there. Dan wouldn’t return it saying I had to mail it back to . Ridiculous first off. Then after requesting it multiple times and catching him in a LIE2X he agreed to call Corporate and ask them what to do. He told me they returned the item and would make me a check in 6 weeks. When I asked for any documentation or a receipt showing the item had been returned, he couldn’t or wouldn’t provide one. So I said Enough and attempted to take my broken item home when he literally CALLEDTHEPOLICE and stood in front of the door and assaulted me. ABSOLUTELYINEXCUSABLE behaviore from this idiot. The police showed up and then good ol Dan called corporate again, and they had NOT done a return after-all. He lied, tried to cheat me, and was physically abusive to me. DONOTSHOPHERE!
