Misinformation given on phone but staff on-​site were great.
I first placed my reservation the day before I needed it. It took them till almost end of business day the day I had to move my stuff to contact me. The woman on the phone said I could go «anytime» to drop my stuff off because she set up my passcode. None of that was true. 1. The office and gate close at 10pm so at 11 when we went there with a truck load of items we couldn’t get in. 2. The next day after a lot of frustration we finally found out that the gate code wasn’t valid and we had the office staff help assign us a new one and that did work. She was even upset at all the hassle I had to go through to get into my unit. We rented this because of a home burglary that happened and we moved out the next day so now being able to get into our unit was very irritating.
Overall I couldn’t give the place more than 3 stars, and that is mostly because of the on-​site staff and the location is close to my home. The unit was $ 70/​mo and is a 10×10 but it has two small steps that make it very hard to get something that’s heavy on a dolly on without some extra effort. Hopefully our stuff doesn’t get ripped off or damaged as their insurance policy states nothing of high value should be in the unit.
