Very hard to schedule appointments and technician watched Netflix during my session as she worked. Unprofessional 100%. Instead of refunding or apologizing the only worry for the owner was charging me the cancelation fee, even when they owed me sessions included with my membership Good luck…

It hasn’t worked for me after 7 sessions concentrated on my tummy, even though I’m dieting too. I have three sessions left in my package and my son’s wedding is coming up in three weeks, so I thought I might try it out on my arms to see if it might have an effect there. So I went to the website to make an appointment and absolutely nothing is open in April and there are only 6 appointments slots open in May and not until May 10^th. Scheduling has always been difficult with this company. It has to be done online, they won’t give out a phone number for the location and they’re way understaffed. I gave it a fare shot and am just not satisfied in the least. Waste of money and time.

Did a google offer arriving rather skeptical. I do the whole diet and exercise, but in reality, I work too much to dedicate myself to exercise as a physician would recommend. I at least do my once or twice a week sessions with a local personal trainer. But it doesn’t always cut it. The results were just enough to make me want to come back. Only one session on my tummy was sufficient to remove at least a imperfection I’ve been trying to work out for years! Didn’t completely remove it of course, but enough to keep me content. Thank you for the great service! Even after arriving to my appt. late (damn gps!). Look forward to the package deal.

Ok, so I saw the posting by Erica, but also saw that she said that if she is Unilocal’ing she either loves it or hates it. I am different. I am a true Unilocaler.
I read the comments and saw that she posted a 1 star because of traffic and rescheduling, but overall I was encouraged that communication occurred and that she got her refund, so I went ahead with scheduling my sessions since it seems like they were probably just having one of those crazy LA road days… haven’t we all had those… ugh…

Not only did I see immediate results from the first visit, the second and third were exactly what the technician told me to expect.
I will advise to not drink any alcohol before or after your session for at least a couple of days. The tech had advised me to drink lots of water, which I did, but I could tell that I had low tolerance when I had a glass of wine the next day. Plus, by not having the wine I was happier saving those calories… :)
I would highly encourage you to try this out. I was a skeptic, but dang this worked when I just wanted that visible «tushy tuck» for my bikini days ahead of me!

The Body Sculpt Xpress is one of the best things I could have done for myself. I am a person who works out almost everyday, either a yoga class, pilates, or just a regular gym session. I am also a somewhat strict healthy eater, and i couldn’t get rid of my tummy pooch and body sculpt literally changed that for me. Edward the owner is so nice, accommodating and most of all very honest. His tech Tiffany is so nice and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Everything they said about this technology in my experience was true. They come to you, set up within 5 minutes, session happens, and done. Honestly amazing. And the results are even better :)

I purchased a deal from this establishment on Lifebooker Loot. Edward (who I believe is the owner) was eager to book my appointment — which was great as I was eager to try it out. Once we finally confirmed a date/​time (which was a bit difficult as his email kept getting bounced back to me), I was super excited to try this and had high hopes of many more sessions to come. This is a mobile service and my husband and I had booked a deal where we would do it together (one after the other). To start matters off on the wrong foot, the female technician called me at 5:30pm (our appointment was at 6pm) stating that she was stuck in traffic and was running about 10 minutes behind. While I would think a new business that is eager to make a good name for themselves would account for hitting traffic in LA at 6pm and plan on being early, no big deal at this point. I got another call shortly after 6pm stating that she was still stuck in traffic and had just turned onto Crescent Heights. After asking her «turned from where,» I realized that she was at least still 30 minutes away, and would not be here until at least 6:40ish. As my husband and I already had errands to run after this service, I was annoyed, but we are so busy and had set aside time for this, so I told her to go ahead and continue coming (she had offered to reschedule instead). So, I remained at home expecting her to show up within the next half hour, as she was on her way. After that timeframe came and went, I received a call from Edward informing me that the technician had «missed a turn» and had already turned around and was heading back to Venice (where they are located)… what? Why didn’t she just call me before turning around? At this point, I was irritated as I had waited nearly an hour at this point and still had things to do for the evening. Edward offered to either send her back up, give me a refund, or offer me a free session when we reschedule at a later date. As she was already over an hour late, I didn’t want to bank on her coming back at this point (which would take at least another 15 minutes given she had already turned around), and I really did want to try this, so I took him up on his offer for a free extra session. After attempting to reschedule and sending multiple emails for the past 5 days, I am now told that the female tech is booked through the end of the year. What? When I talked to them only a week ago, she was WIDE OPEN. Yeah right they are fully booked, especially given that no one can actually email them back as their «reply-​to» is still typo’d. I’m wondering if they even still have a female tech or are in business. Thankfully, my $$ is being refunded in full per lifebooker loot, but what a waste of my time and energy. Also, they advertise that they go to «LA and beyond.» Note that I live in 90 046, so if they have issues with that, good luck with «and beyond.» I believe that Edward had good intentions, but I don’t appreciate getting the run-​around and would advise staying away from this place until they have their &#$% together.

After an initial session, I lost 1 ½ inches off my «love handles», after completing 5 sessions, I lost s total of 4 ½ sessions going from 37 ½ inches to 33 inches. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They come to your location and are flexible and work with your schedule. The procedure is painless, quick, and I saw results immediately. I would definitely recommend this service and business 100%. People have commented, saying «I look thinner, like I have lost weight». I am delighted with the results, and plan on doing additional sessions.
