I’ve been going to Kimberly for over a year now at Tangles. She does great work every time and so sweet! The rest of the staff is very friendly and always greets me when I walk in the door. I also love the adjoining boutique here!

Love tangles, I have been going to Lindy for about two years now. I am a guy and hair may not seem that important but I am always complimented for the great work she does. Others in there are great as well including Kimber and Bethany, it’s a very well run shop.

Kymberli is an absolute professional. I’ve been waiting years to review a place when I finally got the cut I wanted. She understood exactly what I was going for, and executed it brilliantly. I am so happy! I’m bewildered by the content of the two negative reviews. I find it hard to believe those people actually had that terrible of an experience worthy of 1 star. I have been to many upscale salons, and this is still the only one who heard my vision for my hair and then actually produced it. I would definitely recommend them to a picky friend.

I have been looking for someone affordable who cuts curly hair in the Edmond area, Nancy at Tangles is a god send. She knows just how to layer my hair so I don’t look like a jelly fish and exactly what products to use! Yes, you do have to pay for styling but it is minuscule and well worth it if you have high maintenance curly hair! I would suggest Nancy to anyone with even the slightest wave to the most frizzy perm!

The stylist was decent enough, she asked if I wanted my hair washed, and I said yes. And then she cut it, and asked if I wanted it to be dried. I thought that was odd because not only was it 20 degrees when I got my haircut back in January, but I wouldn’t want to walk out of a salon with wet hair and not get to see the haircut styled. Apparently it costs extra. I’ve never experienced that before. I wouldn’t go back or recommend them to anyone. Maybe for children.

Having been new to the area I decided to wing it and choose tangles. Good salon atmosphere, bad stylist. I went there about 7 months befoer my wedding to get a trim and a color, to my shock the stylist cut off 3 inches off my shoulder length hair. I was very angry and it ruined my hair for my wedding. The color was good but I would never go back to that stylist. I found a better place in OKC, a little bit more money but they are miles above Tangles!
