Be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive thru when they are not even busy! Not sure if they are understaffed or the staff is incompetent(they are friendly, though).

I’ve been to this Whataburger twice in two years(I’m from Tennessee). Both times the burgers and service was top notch. I wanted some =W= stickers last time I went… But they were out. Oh well.

One of the worst Whataburgers I have ever had. First off, I asked for my burger to be made with fresh patties not the pre cooked ones. The cashier gave me the standard«we make all of our burgers fresh.» What I received was a warmed up patty with a slice of cool unmelted cheese on it. That was the third and final time I went that Whataburger.

The one in edmond sucks so bad. The food is always always alllllways cold and stale. It usually takes 10 minutes to come out… so you’d think they were busy cooking it or doing something with it back there. We will never ever ever eat at whataburger again.

This place may have the greatest French fries in the world — and I’ve been to 40 Countries. Okay, I know people are going to disagree with me on this, but I grew up eating at this place. Well, actually the store before this store — the one with a weird order counter on the south and a weird dining room on the north. That was the 80’s &90’s. You have to get the food made fresh, then it’s about as good as fast good gets. I’m not a burger fan in general, but I love their fries.

Like another reviewer, I grew up in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex and really enjoyed Whataburger. We ate there about 3x a month and really enjoyed the treat. When the ads began this year on the special they’re running for the four«favorites» I had a fit of nostalgia and went to pick up all four burgers, the Monterey, and a regular whataburger for a burger party dinner.(Cut them up, everyone shares, and then you review them for each other). Well this was the biggest mistake we’ve had in years. This is NOT the Whataburger from my youth. The burgers all had what seemed like fresh ingredients but they were essentially the same burgers with different sauce. And the real killer was this — All of the burgers were swimming in GREASE. Not«yum, this is a juicy burger» grease, but that nasty, ruin the bun and make it come apart in your hands grease. A few weeks later I had a chance to try the location in Ft Worth that I used to frequent and this was not the same experience. It was far better with the ingredients being perfectly cooked and the meat spot on. If you’re looking for a Whataburger I suggest going to any location but the one in downtown Edmond. At least until they get a new cook that cares about being a real cook.

Best fast food place there is. There is no better fast food burger in town. Drive through is really slow but that is because they make your food fresh.

Hot, fresh, tasty. Good service – I like that they bring the food to your table, too. New menu with several items under 400 calories.

I need to start this out by admitting I love whataburger. I grew up in Dallas and I’ve been going to these since I can remember. That being said, this one was no bueno. It was dirty! That’s a deal breaker man. It doesn’t matter to me if the food is amazing when there are flys and unclean tables in the restaurant. I may try it again, as this could have been an off night, but I probably won’t.
