Alsia Soiset, LMP

Alsia is one of the very best, kindest, hard working, intelligent people I know. Though I have not personally experienced her massage therapy, one of my students has and she was absolutely ecstatic about Alsia’s services. I have known Alsia for 5 years as the mother of my violin student and also as a student of mine herself. She is committed to all of her endeavors, her work, her current studies to improve her knowledge and add depth to her services, her artwork, her mothering, her friendships, etc.

Just finished receiving my first massage from Alsia and it was fantastic! The office building is nice and comfortable feeling, and the massage room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The massage table is heated and very comfortable. Alsia’s touch is firm but gentle, and I felt like she really knew what she was doing. She was able to deftly identify where I had tight muscles and knots and did a great job of working them out. I felt 20 years younger when I got off the table. I highly recommend Alsia Soiset.

After Stephen J. had such a stellar experience with acupuncture and massage at New Health Medical Center, I decided to give the place a try. Part of my treatment plan includes hydrotherapy, a form of massage some might describe as torture: alternating hot and cold towels on the front of the body for 30 minutes and again on the back. Some therapists may not be able to pull such a maneuver off without scaring some of their clients away, but Alsia is a star.
Alsia Soiset has been providing massage for quite a few years, including time she spent in Beverly Hills working for some famous, and famously difficult, people. She is not only an extraordinarily gifted therapist, but she is also caring and very, very funny (paraphrased at my appointment today: «If I’m going to torture you, I should also make you laugh»).
As part of the staff at New Health Medical Center, Alsia works with patients referred to her by clinicians, but also takes on her own clients. According to her business card, she offers, «deep tissue, cranial sacral, pregnancy, lymphatic, and hot stone massage.» Prices at the clinic are $ 75 per hour for hydrotherapy and mud pack therapy, and $ 65 for massage therapy. Major bonus: Alsia accepts a variety of insurance plans, yay! She currently works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with up to five appointments per day.
