Great choices(regular ice cream, sherbet and sugar free) and the two young men were friendly. Place was clean and well lit. Definitely coming back!

The ice cream is ice cream… My husband and I enjoy treating ourselves every once and awhile. Unfortunately the service isn’t the best. It’s usually young kids working, and they don’t pride themselves on customer service. They didn’t even greet us when we walked in.

We were in the store last night and we’re extremely disappointed with not only the service but the product. We got there and it was super busy. They seemed irritated to be helping us and mentioned that they could not make smoothies because ALL of the blenders were broken. After finally being helped they literally kicked the remaining patrons out the second the clock hit 9:30. They were sitting finishing there ice cream. I understand wanting to leave on time but kicking people out of the store is insane. They also turned customers away that came two minutes before closing. Most business schedule people until close not until 2 minutes before close. It was rude and they had no respect for the customers who pay them. I will never go there again and I certainly would never suggest it to anyone.

I am saddened to see such sad reviews. We have been here, 3 or 4 times. They young man who works behind the counter, is always polite and helpful. Prices are compatible with the DQ down the road. The place is old yes, dated looking. .however the service is always good and the ice cream is delicious.

Baskin Robbins is known to be pricier than other ice cream places, that is a given when stepping into baskin robbins. But some of the flavors you can’t get elsewhere so I go maybe once or twice a year to splurge on myself. I gave this specific baskin robins a two star because of service. Over the years I’ve gone to different baskin robins randomly and their service was definitely a lot better. Ice cream is ice cream and with prices like that for one scoop of ice cream I expect better service. When I say service I don’t mean cater to us hand and foot, wiping down the table. We went in and weren’t sure what flavor we wanted so we were looking around. The place was also empty. Just me and my friend. My friend wanted to try this flavor so she asked for a small sample. All the other places we’ve gone to were really nice about letting us try flavors. It’s not like we weren’t going to buy ice cream but they glared at her for asking to try one flavor. ok, fine, I get it. Maybe they’ve received a lot of customers that never bought a thing. So we were browsing around. Legitimately every 30 seconds the guy would ask us are you guys ready yet? are you guys ready yet? It was very obvious that we were still looking at flavors. And we weren’t in there for an hour. This was within 2 – 3 minutes of stepping into the store. We understand the importance of serving quickly and not keeping your customer waiting. But his tone of voice for«are you guys ready yet?» was a tone of hurry up and order and get out of the store. We went in in the middle of the day so it’s not like there were a lot of people and they weren’t closing for another like 6 hours. In addition,(this is us being nick picky now) but he wouln’t even look at us. He avoided eye contact whenever he asked if were ready yet, when we gave him our order and when we paid. Maybe we went on an off day, but I thought the service was horrible. We’ve gone to the one in south center and despite being crowded and super busy, they were incredibly nice.

I went in to order a cake for my son. I knew the cakes were not cheap, but $ 48? My son really wanted it so I ordered it. The young man behind the counter did not know if they had the decoration in stock. We wanted the skate board one. He could not find it, so we said the snow board one would be okay. He did not have it. He said they had a surf one, so we took it. With a quart of ice cream I paid $ 57.44 total. I just got a call from the owner saying that I owe him $ 8 more for decorations. I said«are you kidding me?, I spent over $ 50 last night in your store. This is not anything to fancy, it is a cake… and you want to charge me $ 56 for it?» He said«well, it is an ice cream cake». I am floored that he would even ask for more money. I did not see a price list in the store, nor did I see anything that said I would be charged $ 8 for decoration. On a different note… The store smelled like sewage. I will be going in and getting my money back today. Skip this place and head to revelations!
