Awful shitty service completely messed up my order and supplied flat soft drink will never attend this location ever again

another new burger king item to test: classic grilled hot dog. the hot dog is super skinny and was too short for the regular sized bun. hot dogs should be a little bit longer than the bun. there should be a bite of the dog with every bite, not a mushy piece of the bun with some condiments. the grilled dog comes with mustard, relish, ketchup and onions. that’s way too much stuff. all i tasted were the condiments and barely tasted the dog. i suggest you«make it your way» and cut back on the condiments. the value size onions rings were cold. «no videotaping or still photography» sign on the door. i wonder if this is a corporate Burger King policy?

For fast food in Edmonds, this location is efficient and the food is delicious. They have a veggie burger!!! It is so good and doesn’t taste like it has been prepared near the other beef patties. I highly recommend this location if you are interested in a quick, healthy options. I only go through the drive-thru instead of going inside. The employees who work the drive-thru are polite and work quickly to complete orders.

Bad service at drive through. It’s like they have no ears. Their service was slow and they missed some of our orders! They also over charged us and didn’t even apologize. I would never come back again. There are a lot of different burger places that are better than this place!

WORST. BURGERKING. EVER. We came here 20 minutes before close and were treated very snottily by one of the girls behind the counter. But, it wasn’t the fact she told us we wouldn’t have time to order, but the fact that she had already closed down the beverage station and gave us the stink eye as we were eating. We did order, ate and were out of there five minutes before close; but we had to laugh when a family came in right as we were leaving AND her manager had returned.

Get your two for one coupon from the mail and then pick up two Whoppers. I order them without lettuce so they have to make them fresh.

I am hesitant to give 4 stars to a fast food joint but the fact is they have never messed up our order in any way whatsoever. We get what we ordered, prepared how we asked, and the service is excellent. We drive a long way about once a month to enjoy their food when we have cravings. It is worth the extra travel time to know we won’t have a bad experience.

Best bk I have been to in a long freakin time. Whopper me ASAP. Have to say that they need a better training program, instead of making their new peeps feel like crap. Beside that, I crack one of those burgers and it is so good that I feel like poping a little Bruce Springsteen, back to the glory days

I’ve been to this BK across the street from Edmonds Senior High School several times over the years. On my last three visits I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. The food seems to be cooked to order and in good condition. Pretty good for a fast food place.

Food here is typical BK if you like that. As others have noted customer service tends to be better than other fast food joints. The workers look clean. Orders tend to be accurate even with some complexity. I’ve never seen the place crowded and I usually only go when deep discount coupons are in the mail.

It’s Burger King. I love BK. But the manager here literally looked at my two year old eating some Goldfish crackers and said«um, we don’t allow any outside food or drink in here». She is two. They are Goldfish crackers. WTF. I’m sorry… do you sell Goldfish crackers to appease the two year old? NO? Oh, well then… *smh* Then they didn’t give the two year old her ordered nuggets, just fries and apples. Nice. Should have listened to the two year old when she said«McDonalds!»

My rating is focused on the consistent superb CUSTOMERSERVICE. The food is good. But this site shines with clear English, smiles abound, clean lot, enthusiasm and landscaped spaces. I have NEVER been disappointed with staff. I have always received what I ordered. They have coupons for those of us who are splurging just to get someone else to cook once a week. I applaud the training, management and individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I went to this Burger King the other day. I got two double cheeseburgers and a strawberry shake. They tasted like every other Burger King in the state. +1 for consitency. I satisfied my Burger King craving. Mission accomplished.
