Checked in, waited 30 mins after being told 25 mins and two people who had checked in online and came in after I had been waiting 20 minutes were taken before me. If you don’t have an app to check in they will take who ever does in front of you. No matter how long you have been there checked in, before the others arrive. No way to schedule even by phone… Old time customers who walk in the door are not as important as online check in. I was a customer for over 13 years here. Probably won’t return because I obviously am not a valued customer, even though I give a 50% tip.

It has been said that a sure cure for a bad haircut is two weeks. I’m waiting! Friendly staff, but a big chunk of hair over the ear was removed and the cutter didn’t tell me. One wold think they should have said something.

I went in today with my kids and let them know what we wanted. Pretty simple — a mid length boys cut, and an inverse bob. Basically a trim, because they both had grown out versions of the cuts we were asking for, nothing new. The stylists said okay, and I sat down in the lobby to read. I should have paid more attention, because their hair is not at all what I asked for. my son’s hair is uneven and looks awful. I specifically said no clippers, but she used them anyway. All she had to do was follow the cut he already had, but apparently did not care to do so. My daughter fared a bit better, but I had to go into detail about what an inverse bob was. What? How do you function as a hairdresser if you don’t know that kind of basic? Her hair is uneven and not tight enough in the back. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I would have just cut it myself for free if I had known. Luckily, it is just hair and will grow. I just wish picture retakes were not next week. Lesson learned.

No stars deserved. Just took my daughter there for a haircut/style and they had her info from last time and I also explained we wanted it styled, layered and trimmed. All she did was cut the bottom straight across, no layers or style and done in 5 minutes. She also caused my daughter to cry after we left because she was pulling so hard on her hair trying to get a few tangles out. I don’t even consider them stylists and you only have a 5% chance of getting a stylist that even cares or seems to like their job. Who manages this place anyway? total disappointment and you lost 3 customers now as no one in my family will return!

The haircutters are rude, and cannot follow the most basic instructions for cutting hair. I will NEVER go back, and neither should you. If I could give 0 stars, I would

Betty has been cutting my hair for about 9 months. I am very impressed with her as she actually listens, is fast and I’m out of there quickly and pleased with the cut… that’s very important to me as a small business owner because«time is money»! Can we all agree that gum should never be in the mouth of the person cutting your hair? Luckily, I was having her shave all of my hair off so if it would’ve popped out of her mouth — like when she was blowing the hair off of me(a strange thing itself) — it wouldn’t have mattered. Nonetheless, the gum chewing lady that cut my hair was freaking me out. So why did I leave a tip? She was chewing gum, all she had to do was run the clippers over my head and she kept blowing the hair off of me with her super minty gum breath. I guess I’m a softy.
