The staff here is amazing! I bought a huge antique buffet, a gentleman helped me pull it out so I could get s better look at it, the cashier was so sweet, she even thanked me and asked me to come back again, the young man that loaded that huge buffet was also very nice. Definitely going back

Prices are sometimes higher used than you can purchase the same item at Walmart, Ebay, or on sale at a retail store. Shoppers do not control their children, allowing them to run through in aisles, bounce balls all over the store, and pull things off the shelves leaving them on the floor. The only thing I like is their Monday sales.

When i go to the north Seattle Goodwills they generally have more trendy and clothes that match my style. This place however caters to the more older generations which is fine because Edmonds is generally an older town. The real reason why I am here leaving this is because the Customer service like at all Goodwills is an abomination, the Generals of the company need to address the customer service menace or the lack their of.

Best goodwill in the greater Seattle area easily. Clean organized and friendly! Lots of higher end retail too.

I am always in the mood for a treasure hunt — that’s why I love spending time at thrift stores! This particular Goodwill is a great place to scour for treasures. It’s a newer location, plenty of parking, and rarely too busy. It has the distinctive aroma that many thrift stores have(I always say, «smells like treasure») and sometimes it can take some time to use an available dressing room. I’ve found that this store’s customer service can be hit-or-miss. I’ve experienced friendly, helpful employees and others that seem to not want to work with the public. Goodwill provides jobs and job training for folks who need assistance in this area, so I tend to take the occasional poor customer service as a training opportunity. I have also noticed that some of Goodwill’s prices are not so thrift store-like. This store always has some great name brands on the racks, but their prices can sometimes be more than what I could buy the same item for new at another discount retailer. But, for the most part, this Goodwill rocks. And If you’re like me and can’t wait to find your next awesome piece of awesomeness, then spend some time here — I’m sure I’ll be hunting right alongside of you!

Good fashion focus a few months ago, I’ve been there here and there the last few months and didn’t find too much I liked with reasonable prices. Usually I may find something but then till be $ 24 or even $ 30. Which isn’t that bad… But then it’s hanging along with most clothes that are $ 3 $ 5 $ 2.

This store has really gone downhill in the past month or so. The fashion focus is no good anymore, the store is becoming progressively more filthy, and the customer service could now be described with words that are inappropriate for this site. The employees all seem completely miserable. This WAS the only worthwhile Goodwill in the Seattle area, but now I’m giving up on any and all of their stores. Seriously, what happened?

I actually was pleasantly surprised by this store. We were on our way to the Shoreline store when we looked it up, and found out there was one in Edmonds. So we took a right and headed up that way… and at first were sort of disappointing, it looked small and sorta empty… but we got inside and wow. I got a really nice Dustbuster, thirty-five bucks online, for five(it was red-tagged so half off). They had plenty of power-strips to test it out and it worked like new! Also, I found a few other gems that I’m more than happy about, and the staff was so nice, definitely in the running to be my favorite Goodwill.

Staff seemed friendly but i did not think much of the ‘stuff” perhaps it will improve as they settle in. The shelves seemed relatively empty. The Goodwill in Shoreline has alot more.

I have been wishing for a Goodwill to be located between the Shoreline and Lynnwood stores and finally this is true. The Edmonds Goodwill opened recently and I found myself here for two reasons: It’s shiny and new. It’s got Glitter Sale items. Both were in full effect. I took a cruise around and their stock(particularly housewares and accessories) isn’t quite up to where I prefer, but I imagine over time they will be at a level for prime thrifting. I left with a green peacoat for $ 5 and a pair of NWT Nordstrom yoga pants for $ 10. Thanks! In the meanwhile, I totally appreciate this convenient location. More Goodwills, means more help for communities, and more deals for me!
