Last night I had the most perfect McDonald’s. The drive thru was slow but it seemed like one girl doing everything and she was very efficient considering. My double cheeseburger was absolutely perfect(I had to take a picture bc it actually looked exactly how it should) and the French fries were even better, super hot, crispy, and fresh. My husband also had a great Big Mac and the chicken nuggets were perfectly crispy too! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such delicious and nicely prepared McDonald’s. I would have given 5stars if the wait wasn’t so long.

I(used) to stop by every morning for a hot mocha before work. This location was recently remodeled. the drive through now splits, has two seperate entrances. This is the third time that I have been the first car to arrive and was told by an employee to wait a moment, then another car arrives at the second entrance and they are helped immediatly while i wait. when i complained to the employees i just get a blank stare. I probably have visited this location so often maybe they recognize my vehicle and make me wait on purpose? who knows. What i do know is there are plenty of other mcdonalds around and I now stop by another location and will not visit this one again.

Nice employees, clean restaurant, and spacious parking. However, just did a drive through order for 20 mcnuggets and I have ZERO sauce. I wonder if they sometimes forget to put the burgers in their bic macs too. Please get the orders right. It isn’t that hard. Especially when there’s only one item involved. It should be muscle memory by now. You don’t even need to use your brain.

stopped in and got a couple 20 piece chicken nuggets and a chicken burger. order was fast and correct. That’s a plus because the place was busy and I hate to have to ask for them to correct something when its busy because its a pain.

Not a bad location! This was re-modeled recently and the drive through area is much improved. This location is open 24 hour… this is the location for you if you are craving for a big mac at 3 am! I usually come here for breakfast at 5 – 6 am before I hit the mountain on the weekends. The service is always quick and friendly!

Don’t ask the order taker anything because the answer will not be honored by the second window. Their one-size-o only ice cream ci nes are so tiny it looks kid sized. Pressed as to why, I was told that the owner says that’s the size they are to make them.

I stopped here for breakfast. I asked for water with it and was pointed to a container and cups at the end of the counter. I received my order. I had to ask for ketchup and pepper because this place does not put any out in the dining area. I went to get my water and the container was bone dry. By this time a line had formed so I just sat down to eat. The hash browns were even greasier than at other McDonald s. I could not finish them. I noticed a sign warning customers to keep their stay to an hour and«No Loitering». I suspect the sign, lack of water and keeping the condiments behind the counter reflect this franchise owner’s disposition toward the customers.

It’s McDonald’s, so obviously you’re not going to get the best quality here. However, as far as McDonald’s go, this one is pretty good. Quick drive-thru service, accurate orders, and relatively friendly employees. Good location on Edmonds Way. Lots of parking(probably too much) and easy to access entrances/exits. Yes, I may have been to this location twice this week. Hey, it’s the Monopoly promotion — I can’t help myself!

Hey, it’s McDonald’s, so don’t get too excited. BUT, as far as McDonalds’s go, this one is great and in a beautiful location. If you like to get your nom on in the car, like me, this is the place to go if you want a Big Mac. The parking lot is massive and set within a gorgeous encasement of evergreen trees. I’m lovin it!

Ah good’olé McD’s… Never really good, never really too bad… This place is hit and miss, both with the counter service as well as the Drive through. Starch-boy luvs his chic-nuggets and fries, I always ask, «And where are the „nuggets“ found on the chicken?» Much to SB’s chagrin…

My boyfriend and I went to this McDonald’s the other night about 9pm for a quick and cheap ice cream fix. I have an odd allergy to ice cream cones(or rather an ingredient in them), so I always have to specifically request a serving of ice cream in a dish or cup rather than a cone. This is the best way to avoid throwing up all night. We pulled into the drive-thru with no wait and my boyfriend begins to place the order. My boyfriend leans out the window, «Hi, can I get an Oreo McFlurry… or no, actually, make that an M&M one. And a vanilla ice cream in a dish, not a cone.» Sounds easy enough, right? While he changed his mind, I’d imagine most competent individuals would be capable of dealing with that. However, the man on the other end of the speaker becomes very annoyed by this. «You want an M&M? Are you sure, because once we make it, we can’t change it.» He was very cross, speaking to us as if we were small, insolent children. The boy looked at me funny, then said to the speaker, «yes.» The man repeated our order, but mentioned an ice cream«cone». My boyfriend reiterated politely that we’d like the ice cream in a dish, not a cone. He was then about to ask if we could get a complimentary water as well, but the man cut him off abruptly. «I can’t add anything else because it sounded like you were done. Drive up to the window.» We were stunned into silence. Never before at any establishment have we ever been treated so rudely. We stared at each other a moment. My boyfriend had not once said, «That’s everything,» and the man had not asked us if that was all to our order. There had never been a point of ‘closure’ to the exchange. We drove up to the window and found a man that was in his late twenties, maybe very early thirties staring at us with disdain. He passed us a McFlurry, and was about to hand us an ice cream… in a cone. «I’m sorry, we asked for the ice cream to be in a dish. My girlfriend is allergic to the cone,» my boyfriend explained politely. The man behind the window had the nerve to stop, sigh in exasperation and roll his eyes before turning around and walking away with the cone in hand. He took about a minute to discuss us rather rudely with a co-worker, then proceeded to come back to the window, scrape the ice cream off the cone into a little paper cup, and thrust it out the window at us. At this point we had told him specifically that there were allergies involved, and this moron merely scraped the ice cream off into a cup? There were extensive traces of the cone in there still, enough to make me quite uncomfortable should I consume it. Not to mention the fact that there was very little ice cream to speak of at this point. This is the third time we’ve been to this place. The first time we spent 10 minutes waiting in the line at the drive through, only to reach the order area and see a note taped to it that their card machine was broken and they could only accept cash, which we didn’t have. There was another five minute wait to pass through the drive-thru and merely go somewhere else. The second time, the food was greatly lacking in quality. There will be no forth visit. Any food service establishment that blatantly ignores allergy issues should not be in business, in my opinion.
