I just used KM roofing to put a new roof on one of my rental houses in Edmonds (16 209 52^nd Ave W). The experience is awesome. A week ago, I got the quote, Miroslaw (owner) explained all the materials they will use and clearly called out the extra expenses involved like plywood beyond the quote. I was impressed with his patience in explaining and gave the project to him. KM roofing completed the whole project in less than a week. The place is clean and there were not any surprises at the end. For comparision, my last roofing project in Marysville took ²⁄₅ months and multiple advances (after the first 50% payment) to get the project completed.
I will definitely use KM for future roofing projects. And I highly recommend KM roofing.
