This store is always clean, carries a balanced assortment & you can usually find something on a decent sale price. It’s often so slow inside, I have wondered how they keep the doors open. This past Holiday weekend, there were easily 13 – 15 people deep in line. The 2 ladies checking were upbeat, professional & handled the crowd. I guess the 1 missing star is where was the store Manager on a Holiday weekend & why weren’t they helping? All in all, I found almost everything I went in for plus a little more!

As far as Rite Aid goes, it is pretty standard. I usually stop by for the ATM or if I am in need of a toiletry or cat food and don’t have time to go anywhere else, this is my go-to place. It’s right around the corner from my apartment so it’s convenient. The lines at times can be quite long though and they often have just one cashier. You also tend to get customers that pay with pennies.

Nice easy to reach location on 99 right by the Ranch Market. Newly remodeled. Clean, dry and serviceable. Friendly pharmacy staff. Got my flu shot there this year. Plenty of whatever you might need in the store.

Sorry, you fail! My wife and daughters prescription was transferred here due to the closing of Top Foods. At first my wife was impressed with the new customer gifts she got and thought they really wanted her business. But after going through about 3 of 4 prescription refills we have had enough. First off, it seems that there is a language barrier behind the pharmacy counter. Either my wife can’t fully understand them or they can’t understand her. The last 2 or 3 times we have gone there to refill my daughters prescription they say they can’t fill it because they are low on supply and it will be a few days. My wife was frustrated and asked if they could call a different Rite Aid to fill it and she said she couldn’t call… WTF? When my daughter is on her last dosage… she can’t wait 3 more days for you to fill the prescription! My wife asked for the prescription back and took it to Walgreen’s and was home in about 20 minutes. You lose Rite Aid, I had a feeling it would turn out like this.

Head to this location quite often lately. The cashiers are always helpful and while the set up of the store is different it seems bigger! Definitely will continue to shop here!

I have to downgrade this store. They have hired one of the rudest, most incompetent cashiers I have ever dealt with. I have had the misfortune of dealing with her the last three times I shopped there. They usually have only one checker working so it is not possible to avoid her. The first time she checked me out I could smell flatulence and I was backing up as she handed me my receipt and she had this look like«Oh, he can smell it!» The last time I went in which will be my last time for quite a while she was ringing up wine at the wrong price. I calmly mentioned it was on sale and she threw up her hands at me and exclaimed«Don’t go off on me, customers have been going off on me all day!» I showed her the price. It took a manger’s help and several more tries before she could enter it properly. They have good buys on wine but it’s just not worth dealing with the help.

I asked them if they were PPO with Aetna and the lady, an actual pharmacist, said«I don’t know.» How do you not know these things, this is how you get paid. Silly pharmacist, i’ve experience much better service than that!

Typically, a store is reviewed over good or bad service/product. But today, something weird, funny and somewhat disturbing happened. The young lad who rung me up was either hella stoned or heavily medicated. While completing the transaction, he almost dozed off right into the cash register(bwahaha). My friend and I giggled, but, at the same time, wondered how a pharmacy retail giant would let a stoner be the face of their company. Besides this odd experience, here is my review of this Rite Aid: — Prices are relatively cheap — Conveniently located on 99/Aurora — Has a dollar aisle that sells a variety of goods from divine chocolate chip cookies, to harsh on the anus toilet paper, to durable water buckets.

I came, I saw, I left… Enuff said… Okay, so there’s a bit more to the story. 3 stars because last year I found a «clearance» blow up Sponge Bob Christmas yard decoration for CHEAP! Other than that, meh…
