This place is a place if you want cheap rent for Edmonds. But don’t mind lots of noise and bunch of rules, including if you call the police wether you are in the right or not you CAN be evicted, I read it in the fine print when I signed on the lease. I no longer live there nor would I like to go back there. The current manager is a slacker, maint. workers are quick to get there but don’t always get it correct the first time. Renters beware, stay here if you want, good food in walking distance, lots of stores that you will hear at all hours. Enjoy
