Not very clean. Counters and tables had food and garbage on them. I’ve been sitting here drinking coffee and people watching for a couple hours. No one has wiped down anything!

You can charge $ 5 for a cup of coffee but can’t spare a cup of ice… come on.

Good location, I’ve never had problems here. My mom has had a few white chocolate lattes and some have been perfect while some have been too sweet for her, it simply depends who makes it which you’ll get anywhere.

They serve caffeinated instead of decaffeinated. Absolutely! Dangerous!

This Starbucks has an All-Star line up of baristas. They are always really friendly and efficient. I always tip well, I bet they clean up in that department!

This is a perfect location for people watching and walking this quaint town of Edmonds. They get quite busy on the weekends, but that’s expected!

great location and always consistent. your typical starbucks with great service but minimal parking in the area since its the heart of downtown Edmonds. we come here when we are in the area for breakfast or lunch and it never disappoints. they have all the usual pastry selection and good window seating for people watching. convenient walk in if you happen to be shopping near by or just need a quick pick me up.

Very cute Starbucks shop in center of Edmonds. Great customer service, and coffee is good, Starbucks good, they all have automatized coffee machines these days so every Starbucks has the same coffee quality, no place for improvisations, but that’s fine. Outdoor seating is awesome.

Fantastic location on the corner across from the fountain. Friendly staff although almost always busy. More often it’s grab your coffee and walk around downtown Edmonds as the inside seating is limited and full.

Speedy service, friendly staff(they are actually starting to remember us after only a few visits) and quieter than most busy Starbucks I’ve attempted studying at.

Starbucks is my favorite place to buy coffee, study, and hangout with friends. I am a Gold member, so I get free refills and a free drink of my choice on my birthday and also after I buy 15 drinks. The price to buy coffee is worth it. I would definitely recommend getting a gift card and registering it on and using the gift card whenever coming in so you can get the best savings. There also is free Itunes cards every week.

It’s a Starbucks and there aren’t a lot of twists to this one that you haven’t seen if you were at that other Starbucks… It’s usually pretty busy here, but always friendly service and good drinks. Located right next to the fountain in downtown Edmonds, it’s a great place to walk to and there is a lot within walking distance. I love to grab a coffee here and walk down to the waterfront to either catch the ferry to Kingston or sit by the water and watch the ferries and trains and relax. It’s also a couple blocks walk back to the library, though I’m never sure if I shouldn’t bring my coffee in the library. It’s also a good spot to just sit in, cozy-like, or walk next door to the bookshop and peruse the offerings. Great location close to everything in downtown Edmonds(since it’s small as it is), the service is always great and the coffee’s what you expect it to be.

I’m not sure that a Starbucks can vary from one to another besides by comparing service(not item sold) so that’s what I am doing here… By far, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have EVER been to. It really seemed like one of the baristas was trying to be kind of «cutesy like» in the way he was making drinks and calling out drink orders — I think it wasted time and was not something I was interested in seeing. Also this guy obviously couldn’t follow directions because he made a person(from behind me in line) their entire order including an iced/blended something before just pouring my iced tea! More specifically(I know the above might not have been that helpful) — I waited in line behind approximately 4 people and it took at least 10 minutes to get a simple iced tea! And the girl who was working the cash register looked like she was affraid to touch the pastries in the show case so she was slow to put them in bags for customers. This place needs some HELP!

When in Seattle visiting family, it’s inevitable that we end up spending lots of time in Edmonds. One of the«must go» stops on our itinerary is always Starbucks. This location is always very busy(both inside and out) and yet still seems to offer the exceptional customer service and coffee that Starbucks is known for. I enjoy watching the people stroll by on the street when I have time to sit down with my coffee(or Chai Tea). And it seems that I always run into someone I know here… must be because Edmonds is such a popular place! :)

Edmonds is such a cute little town and I believe that this is the only Starbucks in the vicinity. I came here at 3:30pm and I couldn’t believe how busy it was! It’s a small location, but I noticed that the baristas knew at least 2 of the customer’s drinks ahead of me, which makes me think that everyone knows everyone here. :) The workers were quick, friendly and my drink was nothing out of the ordinary goodness. I enjoyed sipping my beverage outside watching cars go by and enjoying the peacefulness of the town.

What is there not to like? It’s a Starbucks — tucked into Edmonds, downtown Edmonds. Wander around. Find a ferry schedule. Go to the beach. There is a secret about parking around Edmonds. and I will not tell. Try out their new snacks — ohh those velvet cupcakes look good!

I’ll admit it. I was mad when they violated the small town charm of downtown Edmonds by opening a Starbucks right in the heart of the city, next to the infamous roundabout and fountain. However, given the lack of coffee shops and the sheer amount of foot traffic in downtown, I have embraced Starbucks as an Edmonds necessity. Starbucks, Red Twig, the bakery, and just a couple other places downtown are the only real walk-in coffee shops where I can sit down and grade papers for a couple hours. I don’t drink coffee, so I really could care less about the quality of coffee, as long as they have Tea and/or Chai, I’m good to go. As I have frequented this Starbucks many times over the past couple years to sit in a corner, read or grade quietly when it’s not warm enough to do so on the beach, I have come to appreciate the central location, friendliness of the staff(who remember names/drinks of locals), and ease into the laid back Edmonds vibe. It’s one of the few Starbucks that does not feel like an international chain, but rather a neighborhood coffee shop, which is just what Edmonds needed all those years ago.
