This is a great shop with a lot of fun items. They have a lot of tea and so much more and the ladies are friendly and fun. Make sure to read all of the fun signs that they carry! They are always getting new items in so even if you’ve been before, check in with them to see what’s new!

Best tea shop I have ever found. Nicest staff and best service. I moved to California and now have to order by phone. Always prompt service and wonderful recommendations. I have looked all over my new area and cannot find the same quality and giant selection of loose tea as they have. Thanks ladies! Always excellent!

I love wandering around downtown Edmonds, rain or shine, although shine is always a little better. The first time I went to Treasures and Teas was about 6 years ago and every time since it’s a fun experience. The ladies(doesn’t seem to matter which one is there or both) are fun, chatty and helpful. It hit me today that while I have been looking for and tasting different Earl Grey teas, I had the best one ever from there. So off I went. They have fun pirate/beach stuff and it’s always a good time to peruse that side as well as the tea side. Those ladies are so fun I wish they had a small counter and the ability to buy a cuppa, sit and sip and chat with them. I bought the Earl Grey I had before and also an Irish Crème breakfast tea. Yum! Just yum!

Great selection of teas, tea cups and pots. Warm freindly place. Good recommendations on teas to try. Owners are always there with a smile, and take the time needed to help you.

Treasures and Teas reminded me a lot of a shop you would find in a touristy beach town like Ocean Shores or Cannon Beach. Half the store is devoted to pirate/mermaid/beach trinkets and the other half is tea cups, tea pots, and, of course, tea. It’s a cute store, and smells good. There are a lot of loose tea flavors here. I’m pretty sure Market Spice at the Pike Place Market has even more, but it’s hard to beat Market Spice. Unfortunately, Treasures and Teas didn’t have the herbal tea I was looking for(raspberry leaf — it doesn’t taste good, but helps with menstrual cramps) but the staff was friendly. It’s worth stopping in if you’re looking for a gift.

Cute little tea shop! The owner or lady running the cash register was very knowleddgeable of what she had in stock and sent me on my way with steeping instructions. There’s a 2 oz minimum which is a good amount unless you drink tea everyday or something. The other half of the store has random gifts to check out if you’re not a tea person.

I’ve already been to this store a few times, whenever I visit my friend who just moved to Edmonds. It’s quite the place! The lady behind the counter is super-friendly, and she encouraged my younger daughter to open the many jars of loose tea to smell them. And boy, are there a TON of loose teas, all arranged in large, labeled glass jars. It’s like an apothecary store of olde, with the wall of shelved. jarred teas. There’s also a nice selection of tea cups, teapots and all things tea-related. One side of the store is devoted to nautical and beach-themed items. I thought the combination of dainty/British-esque tea stuff and the pirate/ship-themed stuff a bit odd, but hey, it’s an interesting juxtaposition. There definitely are some neat items if you are into boating or beach themes.

Like it mentions in other reviews, Treasures and Teas selection of loose-leaf teas are incredible. I could spend forever just smelling the tops of the lids trying to find the perfect tea. The only other shop I’ve seen with this big of selection(in this area) is in Snohomish, which is quite far for me. The ladies working here are always so sweet and helpful, willing to assist you in finding the perfect tea to take home according to your tastes. They also have plenty of tea kettles, pots and other accessories for your tea needs while also offering up the touristy Edmonds gear. It’s a cute shop in a cute town — worth a look!

I am very happy to find this store which is not far away from my house. The varieties of tea carries in this store is more than plenty!!! Black, green, red, organic, flower,. plus tea from different countries … I enjoy flower tea a lot so I asked the lady worked in there to help me pick up some tea. She is very helpful and opened more than 10 jars, all with different flavors of flowers for me to smell and see which of them ‘speaks’ to me. I ended up go with Rose and the other one is organic Jasmine. Both of them taste very well(my favorite one is «the Rose»). Great thing is this store allows customer to buy 2oz. Therefore, you can buy a small quantity to try it out first before you buy more.

I am a total tea addict, and this is one of my favorite tea shops anywhere! The owner special-orders my favorite apricot tea from England, even though she has to order a much larger quantity than I can buy. They love to chat about tea and always offer great suggestions for me, and also for my daughter. Someone mentioned below that they would like the shop to carry more decaf teas. Sorry to disagree, but I always buy decaf/herbal for my daughter, and we have found several new favorites here. Of course, in comparison to their caffeine teas, there are a lot less decafs, but when you consider the dozens and dozens and dozens of varieties they carry, that’s still a lot of decaf.

I can’t even believe that people have bad things to say about this place. All of the times I’ve been in here, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place. It’s adorable, it smells great and everyone is so nice! I always come in and buy a couple different bags of tea. So far, all of them have been winners. I have gotten the Moroccan mint, the Kashmeri(sp?) Chai, the rose, and their new mild green tea that I cannot remember the name of. The woman I always see working there is great and totally into all things tea. She is always there to tell me how long to steep the tea, if you can reuse the tea for multiple cups or not, how it’s made, etc. They have other cute touristy type knick knacks in there. All you really need to know about is their kickass tea selection, though.

We thought this tea shop was very cute. We came visiting from Berkeley, ca. Unfortunately we let ourselves get swayed into a tea that the tea shop personnel liked. The tea was Roibos strawberry love affair. It’s actually scented, kinda flavorless, and almost dangerous for the coating of grass it leaves in your throat,(we did strain it.) We bought 4 bags of tea. We, my daughter and I were disappointed to not be permitted to exchange the tea. We are not talking about a lot of money loss but more when you take a suggestion and it turns out badly and I do mean badly it would be nice to be able to not but stuck with it. We won’t go back because of the way this was handled. We are not so hard to please and we come up 2 – 3 times a year to stay with family. Edmonds is one of our favorite places to come visit and I’m a homing pigeon for same-ish good places to return to. Sorry to have to reveal this but hopefully it’ll do someone some good.

The highlight of this place is the tea — I have never seen so many varieties in my life! The flavor options are incredible. That being said, it would have been nice to see a few more options of decaffeinated teas. I try to avoid caffeine, but I LOVE tea, and there aren’t that many options available in your standard store. Would love to see them carry more varieties here. There is also a wide variety of nautical and pirate themed items in this store. Saw a cute starfish glass paperweight that I may go back and get for my mom for Christmas(she collects glass paperweights).

Wow, I can’t believe that woman had a bad experience here. Mine was AWESOME! The lady at the counter(presumably the owner) was super friendly and sweet. Chatted with me for a few minutes despite my carrying a Starbucks cup and my announcement of not being much of a tea drinker. The tea selection here is the biggest I’ve ever seen, and they have a ton of different devices you can use to brew it! It’s a weird mix of things; pirates and tea, but it works! You have to find a niche, I guess.

I love this place! The husband and I were spending time getting acquainted with Edmonds and discovered this wonderful treasure(no pun intended!). I’m in love with all things nautical and all things tea, so this was a mini heaven on earth for me. Amazing tea selection– and especially ample set of rooibus tea to choose from(try the vanilla rooibus if you get a chance!). Teas are sold in 2 ounce increments, and the prices are very reasonable. I walked out with three 2 ounce bags for less than $ 15. And these are great loose leaf teas… Couldn’t be happier with this store! Can’t wait to go back.
