Wow, we really didn’t appreciate what we had until we didn’t have it! We have been going to this location for about 4 years with great service, super friendly gals, a welcoming environment, and GREAT haircuts. We recently moved and went to the local Supercuts and WOW we will not be back. I wish we had told the gals at this shop just how great the were!

Waited over an hour and 10 min I walked in before 2:00 had an app for 3:30 but told them when I checked in that I just wanted to go next when she was done with the gal she had in her chair! An hour plus later she is taking another person that came in 40 min after me! Really upset been going there ten + years! She said she didn’t see me sitting waiting for the last hour! Really? Never going back! Customer service is horrible

My «stylists» name was Janet. I don’t usually care too much about a haircut. Sometimes they are bad, sometimes they are good, especially with these kinds of places. But this experience was different. It was the worst haircut I have ever received BY FAR. The girl cutting my hair was clearly new as she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I didn’t ask for anything special, just a 4 on the sides and trim up the top, a 10 minute job. It took over a half hour of her digging the clippers into my head so hard that it hurt. Meanwhile some kid with hair past his shoulders came in and had it all cut off and cleaned up before I was done. Not only did she cut my hair too short on the top, but all the edges are uneven and now it looks like I let a 6 year old cut my hair. It’s unbelievable, really. I can’t imagine that she had even a day of training. I will never return to this place.

i usually go to get my hairs done at very nice salon, but it costs me a lot of money, finally, i found Supercuts in Edmonds is best place to go, the manager– Ann is super friendly and skillful, compare other luxury or expensive salon, i bet U that she have better skill than others !!! another stylist named «Oksana «, she is also very friendly and polite, also has good skill too, Ann & Oksana both care about ur feeling, style, what u don’t like, respect ur feedback, and not rush ur time, they also accept appointments, i always go there for shampoo, haircut, beard trim, hair treatment !!! every time, i am satisfied their both service !!! U should visit this Supercuts 1 time for try !!!

I was very disappointed at this independently owned Supercuts because they soaked my hair in the sink rather than using a spray bottle and then refused to give me a quick blow dry unless I paid extra. I go the the Lynnwood Supercuts all the time, and they don’t soak my hair and they always blow it out for five minutes so I don’t have to go out in the cold with sopping wet hair. I won’t go back to the Edmonds Supercuts. The stylist was also very rough and practically combed my ears off.

Keeping my hair short and as low maintenance as possible allows me to not have to venture in to fancy salons to get my hair cut. The staff at this Supercuts is top notch and after going here for my monthly haircut for several years now, I am treated not only as a customer but as a guest and a friend of the business.
Highly recommended.
