The UPS Store

While they may not be responsible for UPS’ delivery service, their employee did mislead me regarding the delivery date of a package being sent to their store, causing me to have to make an extra trip.
When I returned to pick the package up, the employee smelled of cigarette smoke and acted like having packages picked up at the location was something out of the ordinary, taking far too long to retrieve it.
If you have the option to have your package sent to a different UPS Store, I would suggest you do so, just as I will in the future.

The people in the store were great, very friendly and helpful. However, as usual the UPS service and «guaranteed» delivery is garbage. I paid for 3 day residential delivery which means the package should have arrived in Spring Texas yesterday, March 6^th. Checked the tracking today and the package went through KY and then Tennesse and now in Texas for delivery on Monday, March 9^th. That does NOT equal 3 day delivery. I am pretty sure I will not use UPS again. Would rather use USPS or Fed Ex. At least they deliver when they say they will. To send a package all the way to Kentucky from Edmonds, WA before it heads to Texas is way out of the way. Then when you call they say Adverse weather. Well if you would have kept it on the West coast then headed east from around California then my sister would not still be waiting and I would not have had to pay DOUBLE for a package that did not meet the delivery date.

Great customer service, fast, reliable! The manager here worked with my Save the Date cards to make sure they printed just right and looked fabulous. Not a word was said about it being minutes to closing time when I popped in just great service. Thanks so appreciate your hard work!

Fast service. Extremely friendly staff. Always feel welcome and appreciated when I come in the store. Plus they always make sure I get my receipts. Glad this UPS store opened up in edmonds! Great location and extremely convenient for the whole community.

They not only met, but they exceeded our expectations and extremely quickly! The quality of color and paper were outstanding!
