If you have the chance to avoid being helped by Tiffanie (spelling)-do it.
After telling her twice that she had spelled a few things wrong in the address-​she still assured us that it was correct. (It wasn’t). Finally after raising our voices she changed it. Also it seemed like she wasn’t familiar with the system. She had to ask her manager for help a few times. His response «remember we learned this on Monday» hopefully she’s good at other things because sending packages isn’t her specialty.
I’ll defiantly use fedex again, I’ll just stand in a different line. LoL

My first time at a FedEx, shipping something billed to the receiver’s account. I had no clue what to do. The Customer Service person was fast and efficient, took care of everything. I’m so sorry I didn’t write down her name.

This location is awful. People here are always unfriendly. I just tried to drop a package off in a box that had been used once (but will still in good condition) and was told they’d have to charge me to repackage it before they’d accept the drop off (the shipping label was already paid for). I ship things ALL the time and have never been told this. I just left another FedEx location and they said the package was fine and accepted it no problem. This location is a waste of time. Go elsewhere or ship UPS if you can!

Shelby was awesome! Quick and friendly service! Exactly what I was hoping for when having my Christmas gifts packed and shipped for me. I totally trusted her to get everything done… which is nice… I could just tell she knew what she was doing.

Way cheaper than UPS to ship a guitar. UPS = quoted me ~$ 200. For ground! FedEx? $ 75. It arrived clear across the country unharmed and in the quoted time. This place has my business. Also great for mass photocopies and faxing (yes, some things still need to be faxed)

Machines work, atmosphere’s fine for a sermon… I can’t believe that a corporate store plays religious music. I remember when business and religion weren’t the same thing, I miss those days. Now it’s difficult to go anywhere without being told how you should think. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

If you need a quick place to print or copy your documents, this is the place to be.
The place includes three work stations for you to use. It also has printing machines where you can print or copy your documents using your preferred method like a USB.
The printers are very easy to utilize and user friendly. There is always a person there to help if you need anything. The printers offer printed receipts at the end making it convenient not to request it from the counter.
There are pictures printing machines as well.
The place dose not get busy, so you don’t have to wait in a queue.

This place is a life saver. They have everything you need. Their prices are reasonable except for using the internet. That’s a pretty high charge but I think everything else is reasonable.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. They know how to use all the equipment which is great. You can tell they are well trained and care about the customer. They walk around offering assistance to help save you time and money.
I’d give five stars if their internet cost was lower and their bathroom wasn’t so dirty.

I needed some business cards printed on short notice, and after trying Staples and OfficeMax I would up here. Their computer was able to read my dual-​partition USB drive (half Mac, half PC) unlike those other two stores.
On the down side, they only made half as many cards as I had ordered (50 instead of 100) and I didn’t notice (who bothers counting?) until a couple days later.
I returned to the store with no way to prove that I hadn’t received the full 100 cards, but they agreed to print up a new batch anyway and even made a full new batch of 100 cards at no additional charge.

Came here on a hot day, was welcomed by a cool air conditioned room with spacious workplace and friendly service, which is what you expect of a great FedEx store.

Been there a few times for print jobs of the same project, just in sections. Each time the staff has been friendly and super helpful, even going the extra mile.

How FedEx and Kinkos can operate with the speed of their computers is beyond me. Tried to print a seven page document, waited 15 minutes, was told it was still downloading, lost my patience and left.

In reality this place should really only get 3.5 stars. I like their customer service — they were friendly and helpful when you need help. However, if this is your first time at a FedEx, which it was for me, this place can be a little confusing. You can upload your document to their website prior or you can bring in your own storage (USB, CD, etc) and plug it into their big arse machines. Now, these machines are not hard to use, but some of them do not «read» the USB storage. It shows that the hard drive is on, but the machine does not read the files — FAIL!
So when this happened, one of their friendly staff helped me up at the front. Sure there isn’t much of a problem, but if you are bringing in your whole portable hard drive and you have files that you don’t want others to see, be sure to take them out of your hard drive before going there as the staff would have to go through where you put your file to print it.
The other issue I had was that this place is too expensive. I made a one page color print out on card stock for about $ 1.50. Sure that doesn’t seem much but on the grand scheme, one one piece of paper… that is a rip off. Other than privacy of my hard drive and overall cost, I will most likely return if I need to print urgently in colour!

I use this FedEx frequently when I for shipping and work projects.
I am always greeted within seconds of walking in. The staff is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They also do a great job with any binding and printing needs. Turnaround time is fast, rarely have I had to wait long for a project to be finished.

My package was held here because I am never home. I walked in and this really cheery guy immediately helped me. Got my package and was on my way. Very efficient.
The review is so high because the guy who helped me really was happy, he was humming and smiling and so nice, it actually made my day better.

I went there today to print my friend’s baby shower invitations. They are printable invitations from Target & I asked them to run them through their printer using my Word doc (black text only) I brought with me. No problem, right?
Only problem was, since apparently the invitations fit better through their color printer than their black ink printer, the lady wanted to charge me for the color printing costs, even though I was using only black ink from the color printer. In other words, rather than paying the normal 10 cents per sheet for the black ink, she wanted to charge me 53 cents per sheet for the color printer, even though I was only using black ink. Apparently running it through this beloved machine costs a premium of *five times* what the same exact materials cost. I was printing 50 invitations, so I was keeping an eye on cost per sheet.
The shop I went to afterwards confirmed to me they should only be charging me the B & W price & are basically trying to take advantage of me.
When FedEx’s only argument when I ask why I’m being charged for the color ink even though I’m only using the black is that it’s ‘different machine,’ I’ll go elsewhere. Epic fail of customer service.
