I wish I had also read through this review as well because it sounds like the same story with different details in order to get a few more money from the customer. I too received a call from a NJ number asking for my credit card to charge me $ 15, then«meeting me half way» they could just charge me for $ 5. I told them I was uncomfortable giving my credit card number over the phone and their only response was«well we are meeting you half way on this.» OK?! They also said it was a computer glitch that the local shop they contract WITH has an up charge cost and that should have been on the website; which it was not. Thats when they informed me that they are not actually local but a nationwide company; not listed on the website. My other question was if you are nationwide and made the error yourself, wouldn’t you be able to find it somewhere in your profit line to not pass your mistake(if it even was one to begin with) onto your customer? I highly highly recommend not ordering from this company. I canceled my order and stayed on the phone until I could confirm with an email. Terrible customer service.

I wish I had done my research! I placed my order about a week ahead of schedule(and I’m glad I did) for a lavender rose bouquet to be delivered in Washington. The following day, I receive a call from someone in New Jersey informing me that«roses are too expensive» in Washington and asked if I wanted to pay an extra $ 18 for the roses or maintain my current charge but use«purple flowers» instead. She had no explanation for why the product on the website listed a certain price, which I had already paid, but now I was being asked to pay more. Luckily I still have time to order for the recipient’s birthday, but be warned!

I guess when I ordered flowers for my parent’s business anniversary, I didn’t realize that this was a huge floral conglomerate. They don’t even have a google maps location or an address… is this perhaps the kind of place that just ships out of a warehouse? Either way, they advertised same-day delivery and didn’t deliver on the day I ordered. I specifically sought out a flower shop that delivered day-of and was very disappointed to learn that they didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. In addition, the flowers were expensive($ 65) and when I visited my parents the next day they looked like they had taken a beating. Heck, I bought flowers at Costco five days ago for $ 15 and they still look great. I’ll be more aware when ordering in the future to make sure I’m getting something that is actually local.
