First time here and I asked for some assistance on the menu. The cashier helped me order the spicy buffalo wrapper with chicken, jasmine rice with a reg tortilla. I loved the salsa bar and dipped the buffalo sauce on my chips and my wrapper. I also ordered the lobster rangoon and it was super great! I was extremely full whenever I finished my meal. The only thing I didn’t like was the music was WAY to loud at this location. I had a hard time reading since I was by myself.

First time here. Very diverse menu, so many things looked good! We went with a noodle bowl with tofu and veggies with peanut sauce. The tofu and the veggies were cooked very well. The peanut sauce was good but needed a little kick, nothing that some sriracha couldn’t fix! Overall, very happy with our healthy, filling lunch!

This place has really gone to hell. I stopped going last summer because it seemed like they couldn’t manage to wash spinach correctly, and everything I ordered came with a big mouthful of sand. But I went back and found I could order a kale salad with steak. Today, my steak was raw. Not undercooked. Not rare. Raw. So I drove my $ 9.34 salad back to the store, to be told by manager Aaron that it wasn’t raw, but he’d refund my money anyway. I pointed out that a flank steak with unrendered fat was, indeed, raw. And dangerous considering it was room temperature. Additionally, the flies inside the store were atrocious. I’m glad I didn’t eat the food. And I am officially done with this store. Too high priced for terrible product.

Best place in town for good quality food! Everything I’ve ordered here has been tasty. Hoping they will add some gluten free options in near future.

BF and I were running around doing errands and stopped in for lunch. I can’t believe I’ve never been here before! Tofu quinoa veggie bowl??? Is this the equivalent of «fast food» heaven? I was so happy! Even in the small which is what I got, they give you quite a lot of quinoa, and I only ate about half of the quinoa. But the tofu was excellently grilled. And the peanut Thai sauce was also wonderful. Bathroom was clean. Always a good thing. I will definitely be back to this chain!

We eat here often and it is not your typical quick-service restaurant. The wraps are great and we LOVE the housemade condiments/sauces including some very good hummus and jalapeño salsa. These wraps are very filling so we often split one and order an extra side of chips. One perplexing thing to me are the 2 times I’ve been in after 7:30(no more!). If they are open until 9:00, why do they start cleaning up so early? It’s not like the place is dead at that time. When the kitchen staff are wading in mop water and the place smells like pine-sol it is very off-putting. Again, good food but I know now not to arrive after 7:30. BTW — I contacted their customer service link on the website but a week later and no response so… I’m posting this apparent flaw in an otherwise nice restaurant.

Very excellent food! Great place for those who are always looking to eat healthy. I admit, the price is not always right, but they do give you plenty of salsa and hummus to load up on. So fair enough. I recommend trying so many, so just start someplace. I didn’t even know what quinoa was until I came here, and I’m glad I know how great it is!

Customer service was great, everyone was smiley and attentive. Food was super fast, too fast. I ordered stir fried veggies over rice and most of my veggies were still very crunchy(carrots, broccoli were the basically raw). I wouldn’t have minded it if the veggies looked appealing. The broccoli was spotted and the ends showed signs of age. There was one bite of cabbage that tasted like dirt. Maybe it was an off day. My tip, order a side of rice, a side of steamed veggies, and a side of sauce for $ 3.25(or skip the sauce and use the flavor bar and save $ 0.50) instead of the $ 5.25 for the veggie stir fry.

When it comes to food, I’ve heard the saying«healthy, fast, and cheap: pick two». Here you can have all three! Quinoa is a nice surprise at a place like this, and the veggies were all fresh as well. The condiments bar is really quite good, with fresh hummuses, salsas, and more. Iced organic tea was flavorful and refreshing, freshly brewed and not from concentrate. Will be back for sure!

One of few healthy fast food places around here. Not very large servings(I usually have leftovers when I order pasta) but I guess that’s how they keep the prices down. my husband wasn’t crazy about his chicken teriyaki but my son and I loved our dishes.

This is a convenient, fast and healthy restaurant. It is a little pricey for a fast food place but that’s okay because it is healthy, I am willing to pay a little more for healthy food. I love pesto and they gave me huge amount of pesto on my chicken pesto burrito that I had last time. I have been there a ton of times because my wife had pregnancy cravings for CBWs.

This is a pretty good place for something fast, affordable, and good-tasting. I love their pico de gallo and their fiesta corn sides. They go pretty much with anything you order though mostly, I favor their chicken teriyaki bowl with steamed veggies and I love their lobster ragoon! The staff are usually friendly and like I already mentioned, they are fast with your orders. This is definitely a great, quick lunch stop.

I go on binge cravings for this place. I’ve waited over a year to finally write it up. There had been times when I was like doesn’t taste so good today, then lately its been like OMG can I eat here 5 times a week without embarrassment? So I chalked it up to me. Food is fresh, people are very nice and service is quick. I love the casual atmosphere, great windows, and healthy eating on a dime. I highly suggest the santa fe salad. One change, I do not like the dressing that it’s prepared with since I feel its too bland for a salad deemed to have south west flavors. I spice it up by using the buffalo sauce/dressing tossed in the salad instead of on the side and add more corn from the bar. My hella favorite here. Second is the jalepeno cilantro chicken. If you are looking to be healther keep the wheat tortilla. If you want to spice it up, have it with a tomoto basil tortilla and load up on red pepper and soy sauce. Sometimes a lil extra cabbage is good too. All in all… a great place to eat with a dine in feel on a drive thru budget.

I am really glad we got a CBW here closer to me… I always enjoy CBW hummus and their buffalo sauce. Try the dark chicken power bowl drizzled with buffalo size over white rice. Fave!

This is one of E-Ville’s newest chain restaurants located next to Dierberg’s. I’ve been here twice and both times I tried the buffalo chicken wrap with brown rice. While the wrap was good, it wasn’t very flavorful. I expected more from something with«buffalo» in its name. As a side item, I had the hummus and tortilla chips. The hummus is awesome. It is probably the best part of the meal. The offerings seem to be a lot more healthier than other fast food restaurants. I will probably be back to try other items on their menu.

I was craving Asian food the other night and was too lazy to drive to Wang Gang Asian. CBW happened to be nearby so I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s definitely not traditional Asian food. Instead they take some common dishes and give them a healthy twist. I decided to order their pad thai bowl, vegetable bowl and yaki soba bowl. Btw, this wasn’t all for me and I was taking it to go! I went around dinner time and there were quite a few people in the restaurant. My food came out and it smelled pretty good. I got home, opened up the packages and all the dishes pretty much looked the same. The only difference were the sauces and even then they weren’t that distinguishable from each other. I did, however, really love the mix of vegetables and the breast meat chicken that they use. Although the flavors are somewhat bland, keep in mind that the ingredients are fresh and healthy. While CBW won’t be on the top of my list of places to eat at, it’s still a place I’ll keep in mind.

I saw a sign advertising gluten-free choices in this one and only CBW in Metro East STL. Today being my turn to cook before evening meetings, I gave myself a break, buying the wife a fajita chicken quinoa bowl(that’s «KEEN-wah,» for you wheat eaters), though I was told that neither the tortilla nor the tortilla chips that come with it are gluten-free. The presentation of the food, as well as the concept of mixing and matching veggies, protein, and carbohydrates, reminded me of Qdoba. I sampled. This dish is spicy, and the veggies are not overcooked, with good texture.
