I really like Fazoli’s, but I don’t live near one. I was so pleased to have it after a movie in Edwardsville. I like Fazoli’s because they make it easy for vegetarians to have several options for a good, quick meal. And I like that they bring breadsticks around. What other fast food places bring you extra food when you’ve already paid? This may become a post-IMAX tradition.

Take it for what it is. Pasta on real plates real fast. The staff here are the best around. These kids work hard and are always smiling and being helpful. Can you find a dirty table if you look? Yes… and close by you can find an employee with a towel bussing tables and wiping up messes made by two year olds. The female manager is always putting her customers first. Great place for a family to pause and have a meal together.

Tables were filthy and manager seemed upset that he had to wait on us. When asked what was on the sampler he said that picture. I am not sure I will return. Bathroom filthy too. We had to beg for breadsticks.

I’m usually not much into Italian, but I like Fazoli’s. No matter which location, they always live up their slogan, ‘Real Food, Real Fast’. Their food is always hot, and the wait is never that long. In other locations, the breadsticks people don’t usually come out, but at the one in Edwardsville, they are always handing them out. They are usually generous, too!

With consideration of taste, cost, service, and friendliness, Fazoli’s wins out with Olive Garden. This location, specifically, had some very friendly store employees with food great and inexpensive food. Definitely will come back again!

Do not eat here if you are a vegetarian! A few times I have ordered the Cheesy baked zitti with no meat only to find upon getting my food home that there was meat in the sauce. This last time my wife asked for no meat and even checked the ticket and guess what there was meat. Now I am forced to go back up there if I want to rectify the situation. They should bring me the correct food. Long story short I like the food but it is sad that the workers aren’t more competent. I won’t eat there again. I imagine if you don’t have any dietary restrictions it is a wonderful place to eat.

I have been to Fazoli’s at least once a month since it opened in Edwardsville and have always had a very pleasant experience. The food is great(I usually get the sandwiches). They keep the breadsticks coming and get you in and out fairly quickly. The coupons they put out make it easy to try new things without wasting money if it’s not something you like. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant for its good food and clean feel and nice atmosphere.

They have fouled up our to go orders on repeated occasions. Today they did it again. But this will be the last time. We’re not going back. Ugh.

I don’t know what E’Ville’s obsession is with this place. The food is a step below Olive Garden. We have been here a few times and I’ve been unimpressed. On our recent visit, the line was out the door and decided to stand in line anyway. When the line didn’t move for at least 8 minutes I couldn’t take the annoying college students behind me anymore. We decide to leave and go across the street to Qdoba.

These days, many counter service restaurants describe their food as «fast» and«fresh.» In the case of Fazoli’s, the fast and fresh cuisine is Italian. I was picking up an order for my wife at the Clarkson Eyecare next door, so selected this spot to order takeout for dinner. The interior was bright, appeared clean and spacious, and the counter clerk was friendly. It seemed like the kind of place that families and groups of students would enjoy. Alas, the margherita pizza couldn’t be ordered by the slice, so I settled for a three-cheese, along with a grilled chicken artichoke salad. I waited a bit more than ten minutes for the order to be prepared and bagged. When I arrived home, and forked through the salad, I found the grilled chicken and red bell peppers in the greens, but no artichoke hearts. Well, maybe there was a meager sample of petals mixed in there with the greens. I checked my receipt, and it says«ARTICHOKE Salad.» But, sadly, it felt like the folks at Fazoli’s didn’t really want to share their hearts with me.
