Maybe this is how it is in all small towns or maybe these people genuinely are exceptional.
I brought my jeep in here because of a check engine light that kept going on and off. I was driving 14+ hours to ny the next morning and wanted to make sure I wouldn’t get stranded anywhere. I didn’t think it was anything serious bc the car seemed to be running fine. I didn’t make an apt and just went in as a walk-​in around lunch time. Turns out they were 100% booked and didn’t have time to even look at my car, much less fix whatever may be wrong with it. But when i told them about my drive to ny they checked it out. Turns out I needed some semi-​serious work done and they recommended that i have it fixed before starting the 1000mile drive. Even tho I didn’t have an apt and they were fully booked, they fixed my car and even checked all the other fluids and things ot make sure I wouldn’t have any other problems. I left my car with the overnight, packed full of all my stuff and I didn’t worry at all that anything would be stolen.
The repair ended up costing a few hundred dollars which seemed very reasonable. No extra charge for squeezing me in at the last minute either.
